Staff charged me twice the tax. I realized after paying for the second time, for which I didn’t receive a receipt (but it was 1.32 euro so I didn’t care) that I had already payed for it, and had it in the receipt of the first payment. It is a very small amount of money, but gives an unpleasant and doubtful impression.

    Good location and facilities.

There is no amenity provided. At least we need cotton tip or shower cap.

Good staying near the beach of Sitges. The swimming pool looks good but never have a chance to swim. It is quite crowded.

A bit far from town but we did the 20 min walk many times. Foot pedal on the garbage can in bathroom didn't work, seal on minifridge came loose. Nothing big but annoying little things.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet with lots of hot and cold choices. It was nice to come back to the pool in the late afternoon from the beach. A very calm and quiet place to relax. Room overlooked the pool and we had a nice balcony area to look out on the sea. Bed was firm but super comfortable. Big TV, nice bathroom, friendly staff.

Big resort with boring pool area

I had expected a bit more stylish and cool pool area. I am not a fan of plastic grass (cheap) It was a bit tricky to order food by the pool. It is a resort and then I expect a kind of beach club version where you can eat and drink whatever by the pool and not be forced to walk over to the restaurant and order. This place could be incredible cool if they invested in a better pool concept.

A big gay friendly property with stylish design and an impressive lobby atrium. The room was nice and very comfy bed. I had floor 3 facing Sitges so I could enjoy the nice sunset over the town / landscape. The breakfast offered a big variety of everything you desire for breakfast. Nice and helpful staff!

Would be good to be able to share screens to the tv or "smart view" to be able to watch movies like netflix in bed.

Staff were amazing and the cleaners kept everything tidy. Food from the restaurant and drinks were amazing, for what we had, and good price (cheaper than restaurants on the main street which was convenient and unexpected) would definitely suggest breakfast or 1 meal in the hotel to save some money. The location is 5-minute walk from the beach and a beach bar which is a good stop for breakfast or coffee. Further down is the main street with more bars, restaurants, and shops. Definitely, a stay to recommend, and revisit.

The price was higher than expected, but this was due to the traveling season.

The hotel keys were very creative and made walking around the hotel much easier. Additionally, when checking in, the staff were able to help us receive a better bed. The outdoor area was relaxing and this hotel was very close to the beach.

Melia is purchased on a hill therefore a short walk down to the beaches & promenade but the plus side is you have piece and quietness from the noisy promenade.

Breakfast excellent and rooms a great size with balcony with view of the sea and tea/coffee facilities in your room. Staff extremely helpful at the reception desk which is most important they can speak English which is most important in a foreign country.

The policy of not being able to sit by the pool until 10am. Would have been very enjoyable to sit in a chair and answer emails with a cup of coffee.

I had a really helpful intern named Aitor help me with my check-in. I was originally given a room that had three twin size beds in it. He let me know that for a small amount more, I could upgrade to a renovated room with a sea view and a large bed. Once I checked into my upgraded room, he followed up with a call to make sure that I was happy with my choice. Aitor has a bright future in hospitality ahead of him as he understands that it’s the small details that leave an impression of a property. Also enjoyed the gym and the breakfast.

The bathroom and shower enclosure had some mould. Breakfast can be busy and at these times looked understaffed, leaving the staff stretched doing their best to keep the area clean and tidy, but leaving an impression of the breakfast room a little bit chaotic.

The hotel is roomy, quiet and provides secured car park (with a fee). The room has everything you need from a hotel chain, and is comfortable. The breakfast is good and has a lot of choice.

The pool area could do with an upgrade to match the more modern interior of the hotel but the existing space is still nice. The beds could have been more comfortable.

A nice hotel located a short walk away from Balmins beach, ideal for LGBTQ+ travelers wishing to visit the nude beaches. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and the beds are big. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk away from the old town but is ideal for anyone looking to be close to the beach and there are several good restaurants along the way.

The room was a bit dated. No sockets next to the bed. The TV was from another century along with the decoration and the amenities inside the room.

The hotel is legendary. Its very nice. The lobby and seating area are stunning. The pool is very good too. The staff are very attentive and kind.

    Transportation service for city.

Service was pathetic. Location was not good compare to beach hotels. You must have hotel cars as taxi in city is biggest headache. Sone time to cove distance of 1p minute, we waited for 1 hour and you don't provide any Pais taxi services.

I stayed for a week—rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offers everything you need: eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, ham, and fresh pastries. Plus, the coffee is excellent, with bean-to-cup machines :) Didn’t use the pool, but it has plenty of sunbeds. Great location: just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. The town centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away, so it's conveniently close to everything.

Air con didn't really work in any of the rooms and, despite asking about it twice, it never got fixed so it was uncomfortably hot and we were unable to sleep. Also, the food (ordering lunch or dinner) was quite bland and overpriced.

Big rooms, nice products in the bathroom, nice pool and lounger area with plenty of chairs. Whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast buffet was expensive but had a nice range of food.

The food in the Saffron restaurant was OK but not amazing and they seemed to be taking a very long time to serve everyone.

Lovely room with good air con and nice view from the balcony. Nice pool area. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety on offer. Very good location, approx 20 min walk along the coast to main town. Good supermarket 5 minute walk away. We also liked having the room key attached to wrist band as was very convenient.
