Nothing to dislike, however seems to be a shortage of sunbeds around the pool, we struggled to get one every day. Although the pool staff do not allow saving of sunbeds longer than an hour and remove the towels.

Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a level room, the view was outstanding. Really clean hotel and delicious breakfast. Rituals products in room were a great touch.

Breakfast with no vegetable milk options or freash avocato

We're a 35-ish couple and we stayed here 5 nights. There were so many good things about this hotel, my highlights are: - Quiet or no music in the pool area (the music played was very chill and relaxing and not too loud which I really appreciate) - Decoration and attention to detail - Staff was very attentive and nice - Overall room and common areas were well-cleaned - Beautiful views and gardens well-maintained - 5-10min walk to the Santa Eulalia village (which is lovely at night)

There was some confusion over the level option so we needed up paying more on arrival but it was good it was prob my fault but it was a little confusing

The only slight issue we had was a bit of a smell from the drains however, looking at all the hotels on the island this is common and likely not the fault of the hotels.

This hotel is exceptional. The view from our room was beautiful and amazing to wake up to every morning. There are 3 pools in the hotel all with great views of the ocean. The breakfast in the level was great with a good buffet selection and then also able to order other items. We had lunch in the cape nao most days the food was great as where the view and staff. Id specially like to mention the rooftop restaurant llum. This was the best meal of our trip we ate in several other highly recommended restaurant but tbis was by far the best again the staff were absolutely amazing very attentive. I would recommend the level as you have snacks , coffees and drinks throughout the day included in your stay in a relaxing lounge area along with a large patio beside the sea. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

our room was an older room in the unmodernised block- there was no sound barrier at all so could hear everything next door and room cleanliness was bad ( hair on bed / floor and shower)

One of the things I loved most was everything about this property, but one important aspect is that they are dog lovers. This really helped me as I have two little dogs, and both were happy with their beds and bowls of plates, food, water, and delicatessen for our dogs. I felt happy, and my dogs did too. We loved the service, around the pool area , and the sea view rooms were spectacular. The food in the beach club was good, and the service was fast. The staff was very attentive and service-minded. The breakfast was incredibly good with a lot of choices. I would give this hotel more than 4 stars; it's definitely worth 5 stars.I love the location because is very private with amazing view and far from the crazy parties.

Cleanliness of the room and breakfast tables could be improved. Service at breakfast could also be better. Even if staff did their best to solve the room issue, it seems now common practice to neglect solotravellers when it comes to the choice of room.

The location and amenities are nice but I was given a very uncomfortable ground floor room (which also did not correspond to the pictures on your website) so it had to be changed to a lower category while waiting for the availability of the room I had booked. For this, staff were very helpful.

We loved everything about our stay. Perfect choice for our mini break. Definitely worth going for The Level room. View from the room was exceptional. Breakfast was relaxing and fresh with sea views. Staff were all welcoming. Will definitely be back.

The Level rooms aren't conducive to traveling with family or friends, because of the glass showers and open concept sinks. The only restaurant on property was a bit pricey, but the food was good! Service at the restaurant was slower than expected - we waited 30 mins for our food to arrive, but it was hot and tasty.

Upgrading to The Level Sea View room was 100% worth it! The views were so relaxing from the 3rd and 4th floors, along with the sunbeds on the balcony, it was the perfect place for a nap or sunbathing. And the rooms are spacious with great toiletries. The VIP breakfast lounge was so peaceful with great service, and all the same foods as the main breakfast buffet. The rooftop lounge, accessible only to The Level guests was also peaceful and had the best views of the entire property. Staff was helpful and smiley. We really enjoyed our stay
