Very modern hotel located 5 minutes from the train station. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

We could hear a drill every single morning of our one week stay. Also we heard people’s voices from other rooms, so for sure the walls are very thin. Another thing that I didn’t like was the fact that we ate dinner one time at the restaurant’s hotel and they didn’t remembered or noted that we had already paid for the meals. And next day they put us to pay because “we forgot”. If I did’t had the receipts from the previous night, we would have paid again :)))

The fact that it was quite close to the center. I also liked the cleaning of the room everyday. The breakfast was very good, but the same everyday.

We were allocated the corner room, so the moment we entered the room, the hotel WIFI signal was very almost zero. However, they have a lounge area next to the lobby so I went there and WIFI was excellent. So it was a little bit inconvenient that's all.

The two gentlemen at reception were super friendly and gave excellent recommendations for sites and restaurants to visit. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. They even gave us a bottle of champagne as they noticed it was my wife's birthday a week ago. Very generous! The location of the hotel is also about 15 minutes walking distance to the main part of town where the cathedral and market was.

The food offering in the evenings was disappointing but there are many excellent restaurants close by.

We stayed in a very pleasant room, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and many of the younger staff especially were exceptional. The receptionist was extremely helpful when it seemed that I had lost my iPhone and helped to retrieve it.

Smell in the street in front of Hotel sometimes, but we found same problem in other part of Valencia. May be not a good sawage system.

Location. Hotel near a lot of public transport. Position at 5 minutes from centre and 10 minutes from Barrio del Carmen. Very large room with bed kingsize. Staff very kind. Standard continental breakfast. Very good brioches.

After the first night we almost showered under cool water, the next day everything was fine. I guess the reason was the full hotel booking that day and water tank capacities were too small.

Very good location, just 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. Really large, comfortable room with a huge comfortable bed. Quite standard breakfast, nothing special, but good enough. We was in the 1th floor.

The breakfast room was quite cramped and windowless. The bedroom doors were impossible to close quietly. We heard a strange loud noise which we discovered was the door to the service area opening and closing . There were quite a lot of homeless people sleeping in the entrance to the nearby car park which, although they didn’t bother us didn’t give a very good first impression.

Hotel was a short walk from the metro station and ten minutes from the historic centre. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

To be honest hotel was very good good but from 2nd floor looking out windows was not nice view with all older apartment which is expected being in city. Hot was good for small city break & in my opinion not for holiday as it's nice to have good view

Our room was on a corner and so had plenty of light - a bright aspect. The room was very large with an extremely clean bathroom. We especially liked the kettle and coffee/tea supplies as these are not always found in Spanish hotels.
