Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location in the centre of Sitges close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Room (pool view) was spacious, clean and comfortable - bathroom a little dated but clean and functional. Pool area was fantastic, nice to have the pool bar on hand during a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast buffet was amazing also. Staff friendly and couldn’t do enough - highly recommended!

Czech RepublicThe room was a bit beat up and had seen better days. The bathroom was oddly divided with lots of wasted space. It's an older building but seemed strange. Overall this was a nice hotel.
Breakfast was great with lots of choices, hotel in central location but nice and quiet, great AC in the room, very comfortable bed, welcoming staff, nice pool with lots of chairs and loungers. Great water pressure in room. An oasis of calm on a busy street.

United KingdomThe rooms/bathrooms are pretty basic, but fine. They don't quite feel on a par with the boutique nature of the rest of the hotel. But they are comfortable, and totally adequate.
This hotel is a real gem - and quite surprising from the outside. The door from the street is unassuming, but then you enter the lovely reception, and go further to the pool area which is what really makes this hotel stand out. As gay travellers, this couldn't have been a better choice. Minutes walk from the gay bars and restuarants. About 10mins from Balmins beach. But then to also be so central and have use of a really lovely pool is perfect for lazy mornings. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast choice exceptional. I will definitely return to Sitges, and won't consider staying anywhere else.

United KingdomThis is my second time in this hotel this summer 24. We really like the place, however hotel needs invest in some digital lockers in the guest rooms. Having locker keys defeats the purpose.

United KingdomRooms need updating but the worst thing is the lack of sun loungers by the pool and the rush for them in the morning forcing most people out of the loop. They need a booking system of two hour slots so that EVERYONE at the hotel can enjoy the facilities. What is the point of booking a hotel with a pool garden area if you can’t use it.

United KingdomDuring the busy season, getting a sun lounger around the pool was difficult, as everyone rushed at 10 a.m. and had very limited space. We were happy to sit on the beach, so it was not a problem. The bar around the pool and the service were very slow, so we went for afternoon coffee at a local restaurant.
The location was amazing. It was right in the centre of the town and very close to the beaches, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection for cooked and fresh produce.
