The reception is not available early in the morning or at late evening or sunday afternoons so you need to follow the online instructions to access the apartment. The wi-fi internet was very slow. My room toilet was small but the shower was even smaller. My room was facing the main road so there was some car noise in the room, window insulation needs to be upgraded.

The location is nice, next to the river (park), many restaurants around, room is fully refurbished, optimal furniture, comfortable bed. The city center is not far, easily accessable by bus or taxi.

The WiFi was too slow as to be almost non-existence. I suggest investing in WiFi extenders- I’m not sure if the technical name. Having a microwave would be nice.

Nothing to really complain about but rather something that can be improved: The shower cabin is quite small so for someone tall or big it's a bit tricky to fit in, and the mirror over the small sink in the bathroom is a bit too close so brushing your teeth or washing your face is a bit uncomfortable The bed in our room was a bit squeaky.

Great place to stay! Perfect location walking distance away from Ruzafa and the old town, and right next to the bus stop that allows you to get to the beach easily. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket in the neighborhood Very friendly and helpful staff! Our room was really spacious and air-conditioning helped to keep it cool during midday heat.

Excellent choice for a couple of days to enjoy Valencia . Located in the center in a new building. Beds are comfortable and the team is always helpful and super responsive. The room was clean and as portrayed on the pictures.

While the room was comfortable it was very loud, I needed to use earplugs for sleeping. There is a bar downstairs under the rooms.

I liked the location, it was not in the old town but in a very lively area with locals. The old town was still reachable, walking distance. The ladies at the reception were very helpful.

Wifi was really slow. A little bit of noise from the street and restaurant downstairs, if you want to have open window, earplugs can fixed that.

Nice hotel, close to the metro (15 min walk), 15 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, 20 min walk to the center. A lot of cafes and restaurant nearby. The room and the bahtroom was big enough, clean, basic furniture. Everything was fine.Very helpful staff.

There is not enough light in the rooms and one of the air conditioners does not work. If it happens to be cold outside, you will have to turn on the air conditioner on higher temperatures for some hours to make it comfortable. We reported the problem, but the lady from the reception told us it is broken and cannot be fixed. As others have said, you can hear everything from outside the room, from the sound of heels on the hallway to the people who are taking a bath. If you are a light sleeper, use earbuds, it helps a lot. The room we got was quite small, but it is understandable, the area is very populated. Also, the price of the room is overrated, according to the conditions.

The beds are very comfortable, you also got a fridge and some coffee, which is very nice. The location is near the Museum of Arts and Sciences, which is a good point. The members of the property are very nice.

It is a bit noisy because on a main road, although there is double glazing window.

The location is excellent across from the gardens, a short walking distance to the Science & Arts area, also just a bit longer walking distance to the old town. All the amenities you might need are just two streets away. The room is well furnished, if you are there to work though, the desk/table is too small/less conducive. The staff at reception are very welcoming and helpful.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here, a couple of things would improve it for next time. A Spoon and some milk or creamer for the coffee and tea would be wonderful, and the shower gel had a slightly odd smell. Nothing that detracted from our stay though.

The room was a very good size and had an outlook onto the Turia gardens which was lovely. The location was brilliant for walking to both the old town and the science and arts centre. The staff were helpful too. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again.

Bath towels have a sickeningly strong smell of fabric softener which I'm allergic to. Luckily I had brought my own towels. Bed sheets are polyester and not cotton and feel really cheap and made sleeping uncomfortable. Also we were given the wrong door security code and stood outside the hotel in the middle of the night unable to get in. Luckily an emergency phone number was printed at the entrance door and the customer service person spoke good English and was able to provide us with the correct code.

The host, Anna, was exceptionally helpful and responsive to our requests. The hotel is outside of the old town, conveniently located near the art and science area and a wonderful park. The buses are easily accessed.
