This apartment is very secure. We liked that it had a lift up to the floor it was on. It was very spacious with very high ceilings. It was very well located. Also very quiet.

Great room in a fantastic location in Barcelona. There is a beautiful old lift to the reception area and the hotel arranged for me to store my luggage at a nearby sister hotel. I had an internal room without a balcony and it was good but next time I’ll book with a balcony or view.

Bad smell from bathtub sink. No good heating if cold weather. Beds are not so comfy.

The room could have had some more decorative elements, like some artwork or something in the bathroom so it didn’t look so bare. It also would have been nice to have some tissues available, but I bought some at the grocery store, so no issues. The couch was a hide-a-bed and it didn’t seem to close properly, so when I sat on it, it felt like I was being launched off, so I just didn’t use it. All-in-all, there wasn’t much that I didn’t like - there could have been some additional touches done, but it was still great.

The property was central to all of the downtown, so it was easily walk-able to all of the tourist attractions, the gothic quarter, and also a short walk to Montjuïc. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the little balcony with large doors was a nice way to end the day (or start the day) with some fresh air and a perch above the street. There is a good little grocery store on the same block as well, so that was nice to get some supplies for the room.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. A washing machine would be a bonus and maybe a few hooks in the bathroom. I really like the monochrome colour, it was relaxing after busy days in bustling streets.

Great size apartment. Comfortable, large bed. Lovely view and cute little balcony over street. Conveniently located near main tourist area but in a quieter district. Easy walk to many attractions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

There was no one at the reception desk after getting the key on the first day, and tried to contact to call the number which was provided at the reception desk, no one was available which was very frustrating.

The location is good to asscess to move around and the room is very spacious and has an extra small kitchen.

It was quite noisy from the road noise. We asked for an internal room but didn’t get one. Also there is no reception so you need codes to get in and access your room.

Grey paintwork a bit gloomy and City View did not look like the advertised photo on booking.com. Some days we were given insufficient big bath towels, but maybe they ran out. However, on the whole it was an inner city apartment which was well located and served our purposes.

Close to post office so I could easily mail my postcards. Walking distance from a couple of metro stations Tetuan and Urqinaona. Close to a laundrette. Plenty of eating places in the area. Slept well there. It has a well equipped kitchen for a self catering holiday.
