Location of property, we booked this hotel as it was close to airport, we paid €34 from train station to hotel and next morning the taxi cost another €30 to airport. Taxi directly from city to airport is €30, so should have stayed in city

Room and bathroom lovely, very clean, restaurant very good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Outdoor pool nice but was raining so we did not use it.

I could not use the shuttle service when I arrived. It was difficult to contact the hotel prior to arrival. Once I did, I was told to contact them again after I had picked up my luggage to see if the shuttle was near me and available. I was not able to make the second contact and had to take a taxi to the hotel.

The location was great. The metro was only a few blocks away. I was able to go into the center of Madrid easily. I only had one day lay over and was able to take advantage of this. The room was spacious and very clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. Taking the shuttle back to the airport was fantastic and a nice savings.

We love this hotel, we stay a couple of times a year for 2 or 3 days each. The hotel is close to the airport , the shuttle is always prompt , the front desk staff are professional and friendly , the room is always clean and comfortable and we really enjoy the restaurant. What’s not too love !

Breakfast hours felt a little late for a hotel close to the airport (starts at 7 AM). Not sure if they have options for people with very early flights. Bathroom has a make-up table, but not any lights to illuminate your face, plus the make-up mirror is on another end, next to the sink. Bathroom sink was very dirty, not sure if they were rests of food after people brush their teeth, but they were very visible.

Huge room, very spacious and helpful to pack our luggage. Close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive. There's a subway station about a 10-minute walk from the hotel as well. They offer private parking at a 17 EUR cost per day, however they also advised us that the street parking was available, with no parking meter or hour restrictions. Great overhead shower, walk-in cabin, great space and able to open a window to let the steam out. Comfortable bed, pillows were OK, which is an improvement over other hotels. Has a luggage balance at the cost of 1 EUR (only coins accepted), however it's extremely accurate. Light switches had the option to turn on specific ones, all of them or turn off all at once, easy to use.

The property was clean and quiet. It was close to the Madrid airport and the complimentary airport shuttle was an added value. The breakfast buffet provided a nice variety of options. It was also close to the metro for easy access into the city. There were a few dining options within the surrounding area although it is primarily residential.
