We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very good hotel. 200 yards from seafront. Very central location. The room was basic, no tea/coffee facilities, but you could get a drink from reception. Breakfast was included in the Very reasonable price. Hotel was spotless. Smelt very clean and fresh at all times. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cant fault the hotel or its staff. If you want a room that you spend minimal time in don't pass this one by. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

SpainThis property is in front of the party area for teenagers, which can be noisy especially if you stay in a single room on the bottom floors. The reception was kind enough to assign a room on the 5th floor.
The hotel has good value for money, especially if you book in advance. Breakfast is OK for the price you pay (7€), which includes pastry, salty food and nice espresso fresh ground coffee. The staff was nice and polite. All in all, the facility has got everything to make your stay pleasant as a 2 star hotel.

The staff at this hotel are just incredible. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they're all incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms are a good size, really comfortable, and we would definitely come back again. Thanks so much for such a pleasant stay 😊

Norwayit is challenging to communicate because i don't speak Spanish well but, it is understandable because we should be the one adjusting because we're the one who visits in their own country so it is fine. the staffs were really nice for trying to understand me
i like the location of the place it is so convenient it is close to the beach and markets are also near. i like how the rooms is so clean and neat every time we go back to our rooms. the staffs at the reception and on the breakfast lounge are really nice. they even remember the i have lactose intolerance so they offer me some lactose free breads and coffee. it was fun experience and really recommendable place in Gandia

Bonaire St Eustatius and SabaWhat I didn’t like was the sound insulation to the outside, the green light by the door, and the size of the shower, which was very small. It’s useful to have a sleep mask and earplugs with you.
The hotel has a great location; the beach, the harbor, and the bus are all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
