We were hoping the hot tubs would be hot and the outside pools were warmer.

Check-in went smoothly, room was very clean, people were exceptionally friendly (willing to help with just about anything), close to beach, good breakfast, nice view of ocean from the restaurant, nice indoor pool, and good location to relax & enjoy the area.

The hotel has multiple pools, the one near my room was a large indoor pool and a jacuzi, and a small outdoor pool. Across the street is another pool, uncovered, but larger.

The only thing that stood out were the sunbeds around the pool at the classical apartments which are now very old and need to be replaced.

Great location from the airport, 15 minutes by cab.Very peaceful and quiet with great beaches and restaurants. A good bus and train option to get to Barcelona city's attractions.

Towels were unclean, very old, not smelling fresh. Furniture broken, for example some kitchen furniture doors were not closing properly. Also the kitchen furniture handles were disgusting, very dirty and greasy. The bathroom was mostly clean, but mold was visible right at the mirror. It’s clearly overrated for a 4 star apart hotel and for the prices they ask.

Close to airport which is handy for travelling. But you must expect some disturbance at times.

We stayed in an apartment. Spacious, modern enough and well equipped. It will seem a contradiction when I have made a negative comment about aircraft noise. BUT the one day of disturbance out of the seven days we spent here WOULD NOT stop me returning to what was otherwise a very nice hotel in a pleasant area for families or couples.

The room was not ready even we came after checkin time. We had to wait at door of the room till cleaning finished. Another improvment area was on the toilet. The button not working properly so The pressure was not good enough. The fridge and some shelves needed bit more cleaning. No supermarket nearby so need to walk around 20 min to closest one.

Very good location close to the beach. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff especially at the restaurant. The pool at the main building where is the reception. There is shopping mall 10 min away by taxi. The restaurants closeby hotel at the beach were nice.

Room malfunctioned but the staff accommodated quickly. Bed was uncomfortable and when we booked two separate beds, we landed up with a queen but that was due to having to change rooms

I would only say that some of the furniture was a tiny bit old; maybe because we were in the older part of the complex as the property is divided by a street but nothing major and this would not stop us from going back!

After a long cruise ending in Barcelona and before our flight home, my husband and I wanted to spend some time near Barcelona but not in the city itself. We chose this hotel and we were very happy for the following reasons: 1) the staff was truly amazing 2) it was a very safe area with many restaurants within walking distance 3) the apartment was fantastic with a mini kitchen, a dining room table, a sitting area, a comfortable bed, a TV with many channels, a good bathroom with a shower and a pleasant balcony with furniture 4) there are two pools; one outdoor and one indoor which was inviting with warm water and sunken water-beds 5) there is a restaurant on site with delicious food; at one point wanting to eat in, the food was delivered from the restaurant directly to us 6) the price was very good for the value 7) the WI-FI was free and worked very well 8) public transportation is readily available near the hotel 9) the beach is very close by 10) we were on the third floor so we had a great view and there was an elevator to reach it.

The a/c kept on shutting off. During the evening we restarted it a few times. But at night it required us to get up to do that. Most likely an electrical glitch. Just made the sleeping not as restful. They charge for pool towels. First time that ever happened to us! In my mind should be included in the price.

The hotel is very nice, bright, clean and in a nice place by the beach. The bus stop to Barcelona is a short distance away. The reception employee explained everything about the trip to Barcelona in detail. The restaurant Is cute, the portions are large and the staff is nice.

The pools at the apartments were under renovation and 10pm closing of the hotel bar. Noise pollution from aircraft.

Walking distance to the restaurants. Situated on the seafront was great.

The noise level at night was very noisy with a stage opposite. Either films or concerts, where the volume was exceedingly loud. This went on until midnight.

I had a wonderful room with 2 large windows and a balcony.
