We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The receptionists were so kind and helpful. The apartment was exactly as it was presented in the pictures. It offered good value for the money, a good location, nice furniture, and was quiet and comfortable.

SwedenThe bathroom is a little bit wierd between the big sink and the toilet seat, the sink is very big and you cant almost pass by to the toilet. The crane is bad because it dosent fit the sink. And we were 9 girls having 3 apartments and none if them had a hole body mirror… please implement this in all of your apartments!

United Kingdom🙃Nothing, apart from one grumpy shop owner .Put it down to them having a bad day wanted 5€ for a ice lolly worth 88cents so told him in Spanish where he could stick it , other than that, all the other shops and shop owners were fine keep your witts about you, it only takes one person to ruin it and tarnish every body else if you let it. SO dont let it.🙂
Adele the Hotel/Appartment Manager Concierge etc was FANTASTIC. Beautiful lady, spoke a multitude of languages, fluent in all, and was there to meet & greet and answer any questions you may of had and was very knowledgeable of advice on attractions and sites we may of wished to visit. The owner, we now call Uncle Tony was so involved too, greeted you each day also. This experience went above all my expectations of what I usually receive, more than a Hotel chain who is world renowned for its hospitality and quality, begins with an H, though other hotels that begin with an H are available. Appartment was spotless, spacious and had all mod cons. The pool was beautiful, and like the appartments, cleaned everyday. The views from all sides where breathtaking. The rest of the staff, from the barista, cook and waitresses also heart warming friendly 💖 .I will be going back here again. Hopefully October before the end on season, if not twice next year. In addition the Appartments are open all year round guys if you want an out of season break. All info ring the Hotel Garbarda & complex direct which is literally 1 min from the appartments, and they with give you all the details. So to close 10+ cleanliness, value for money, food was fresh and cooked to perfection and again the staff, there's no number high enough for them all. If there was it would be in its thousands may I add, and the numbers kept clicking up.(Gob Smacked) or (Blown Away) . Oh forgot to mention the weather was rather nice too. Ciao. Paul & Antonella xxx.

Spacious apartment, very clean and the staff were really cheerful and helpful. Great location for us, just on the edge so quite and only a few mins into the beach area. Had everything we needed for self catering.

The apartment was excellent overall, Location is on street away from the beach front in Calvia. There are local shops walking distance plus a lidl 2 minutes drive away. The apartment it's self was very clean, all mod con's and beautiful layout with balcony front side of apartment. It was easy to access as the information was available via booking app. Highly recommend!

Very clean and convenient. There is a bus stop near the hotel, no problem to get to Palma. Two supermarkets are within the walking distance. The beach is also very close. Check in without personal contact.
