Room is small, has no AC, and has a fan with no good place to place it so that it actually helps. There's AC in the common areas, but it doesn't cool the rooms.

There was a window in the room that faced the hallway, in the middle of the night someone was cleaning the hallway and had the light on. This disturbed our sleep as the curtains were not very good.

The rooms were nice, there were enough bathrooms and the whole place was very clean. The rooms are very centrally located, it's in the city center and also close to the beach. The communication with the host went really well, she responded immediately when I had a question during my stay. The quality was very good for the price.

Not much of a kitchen could do with a bit more, only 1 bathroom for I believe 5 rooms and a bit more attention to the cleanliness ie dusting high and low.

Room had no window to the outside. The one window in our room opened into a shared bathroom. That same window did not lock so security was as issue. We used a wooden hanger to place in the window so no one would open it. Five rooms. One shower. Thin walls.

- actually no window in a room (or to be more specific there was but with the view on corridor) - not the cleanest place what I saw but generally acceptable - early check-out. Cleaning ladies are already knocking the doors 10 o'clock so there is no possibility to stay a bit longer than this

- especially location is great. Rooms are just next to the town hall, very close to many restaurants, beach and public transport - room was pretty big with one double bed and one single bed (for 2 people) - possibility to enter the room 24 hours. You're receiving a code for entering the flat so there is no need to be worry about coming at any time - heater in the room (in the case of colder nights)

The walls are thin so you can hear others moving around, but the establishment sent out rules upon arrival and I think all the guests that were there at the time respected the request for silence at night. We slept very well, and were only woken up by sounds of others moving around in the morning.

Exceeded my expectations! Very simple, but everything you need and very good for the price. It was also very clean and in a great location to see the best parts of the city! I would recommend this place to others. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are multiple, and they are single-stalled, so you get privacy.

No AC. Instead there were old fans which caused illness. I was harassed due to the person thinking I was joining a group of 4 and staying with them when they were just my friends. Strict rules by the host which the host claimed resulted in a 200 euro penalty if broken. Host had cctv installed throughout the property and would watch them. Despite this the host tried to get us to clean a mess which a different group made claiming it was us.

Ideal location 2 minutes from the beach. It met all our needs with a private room and the clean and modern shared spaces. Very pleasant atmosphere and host was very efficient when we booked it at the last minute. Good value for money !
