The sound of the water pump is a bit loud

so many things! The apartment is so good. Inexpensive, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely balcony, comfortable living room and great TV. And there is an elevator, which is very considerate for travelers. Not far away from the Metro, there are McDonald's and supermarkets nearby.

They forgot to provide a baby cot but it wasn't a problem because we had 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Location was the best and the apartment itself was really nice. Those tall windows and balconies were really gorgeous. Had all the amenities, just like at home.

Location was excellent as it allowed to reach most nearby places. Nearby there were so many restaurants, grocery store, farmacia. The apartment was spic and span. Decor was tasteful. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances and all facilities.

The location of the appartment was great - super central and we could do everything (from sightseeing to going out) by feet. The appartment was also great and really nice. Sadly we didn't spent so much time there.

Cleanliness, wifi wasn't working, unable to use the cooker as it was switched off at the mains switchboard, no info given. No extra bin bags or kitchen cleaning essentials provided. we were asked to take our own rubbish out. if this is a requirement then notices should be put up in the flat.

Location good. We entered the property after communication with the host. There was someone in the flat, bedsheets in the hallway, on the floor, as it was being cleaned, despite being after check in time and confirmation from host that flat is ready! I requested cleanliness due to allergies, this was ignored even though the host assured me this would be done. We had to leave our bags and leave the apartment for a further 2-3 hours while it was cleaned.

You can’t stand up in a third of the apartment, the ceiling is so low. Photos are deceptive, completely wrong. Shower drain clogged with filthy hair. Help provided promptly but still it was bad

The penthouse is a lift conversion with very low ceilings. Not quite what was in the photos. We had a few issues with wifi, towels, maintenance which meant we water precious holiday time chasing the property manager.

This place looks very " tired" and needs attentionvery . The bathroom is in bad shape with dark dirty grouting and cracks all round a flimsy shower dangling over a slippery and worn bath. The grouting is black in many places and looks disgusting. Whole place needs repainting to freshen it up. It seems this place is low on the owners maintenance list. We were told they own 100 Bedrooms were fine......

Beds are lumpy and will disturb your partner if you are rolling around during the night. One one combined toilet/bathroom is rather inconvenient for a 2 bedrooms apartment.

Confirming arrival arrangements was really hard work - despite booking on the basis that we would pay on arrival, we ended up being asked to scan and forward id documents for all 3 guests, confirm arrival times etc. in in advance. The usual convenience of booking a room easily via Booking.com was lost. In some areas, the apartment was not very clean.

The apartment was indeed bright and pleasant and in a very good location.

Communication with the staff was never available. Ever since the staff sent me the check-in code, they have yet to respond back to me, and it was very disappointing. I have never experience something like this before. Also, While the common areas of the property were adequately clean, the kitchen appliances, such as, toaster and tea kettle, were quite unclean, rendering them unusable. I am truly disappointed by our stay at this property.

The location is good. It is located at the center and accessibility to public transportation is convenient. However, it was the only point that I was satisfied with the property.

The shower and general bathroom area are pretty bad - the door to the shower doesn't close, it is tiny and old, and the pressure fluctuates along with the water temperature. Considering the bathroom itself is huge, it is pretty strange.

The bed was comfortable, the balcony is really great and the location is perfect.

Nothing terribly wrong, but for the price I paid (approx. 180€/night) I'd expect an immaculate flat. Instead: the water flow in the shower was not steady, switching from strong&warm to weak&cold eveyr 3 seconds. The leather of the cheap IKEA armchair was slightly broken. The elevator does not reach the fight floor, where the apartment is located. As I said: nothing particularly terrible, and I wouldn't complain if the price tag had been only half as high.

The flat was simply ok. Nothing specially good or bad.
