United KingdomEverything was great, only slight niggle was the mini fridge in the room was not cold, it was exchanged but not much better, they need to invest in some new ones, on the plus side they are not awkward like some hotels on putting your own drinks in it, and there is a Spar a few minuites walk for your own choice of drinks.
Super Hotel, beautiful view from the room, large comfortable bed, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of choice, nice terrace to sit and enjoy the choice of cocktails, pool was great, (not heated but was fine, not sure may be cold if going later in the year) they pool guy was so helpful, plenty of fresh towels, nothing was too much trouble, the shuttle service down to the port was perfect, this is available at anytime, the walk to the port is fine but the hill is steep coming back,Port Arianno is lovely, upmarket and classy, and the Harbour Grill is really good, altogether a great week and we will return.

South AfricaIt's a very upmarket hotel but lacks attention to detail in housekeeping. It took 5 requests over two days to get the soap in the shower replenished; a champagne glass disappeared three days before we left and was never replaced; milk and coffee capsules were not always replaced; the handbasin had a dispenser of conditioner instead of lotion; swimming towels were not suppled for two days. The flower boxes on our balcony had weeds half a metre tall (which I pulled out after three days). There were weeds in the gaps in the paving around the pool. And - a personal thing - we found it odd that a place catering for older people, as evidenced by the no children policy and the average clientele had a DJ in the evenings playing club music with an incessant heavy beat that we found intrusive and annoying. Nearly everywhere else in Mallorca we had much more relaxing music,

NorwayWe took the opportunity to play a couple of rounds of golf. In other places we have been, the hotel often offers a golf package with reduced greenfee rates. This would have given our appreciation of the hotel an extra touch.
Location was great with superb view to Port Adriano and the beach. Staff was professional and very friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice and as good as you would expect from a place like this. The dinner menu was OK, but more "upscale beach restaurant" than a 5 star hotel.
