Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomNothing bad to say about this place
This hotel is wonderful. Very cheap for the quality, really nice pool, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and rooftop has a beautiful view. Food in the restaursnt is good too. Whilst it is a little out of the city its in a nice location and there is a bus stop outside which takes you right into the heart of Granada. Or you can get a cab for €5.

United KingdomExcellent hotel on the outskirts of the city. Accessible underground parking for a reasonable fee. The bus stop for getting into the city was 50 metres from the front of hotel and cost Euro 1.40 per trip. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good catering for gluten free customers as well. Swimming pool was a lovely bonus and free for guests to use. Reception staff welcoming and very friendly. Would certainly stay there again!

United KingdomVery poor wifi upload and download speed 1 to 1.3mbps, the worst I've seen in any hotel for quite some time, this needs to have major improvement. No mini bar bar closed at 23:00 staff in bar, seemed overwhelmed with only a few people and when a customer asked for a drink they did not understand, which meant they ended up not getting a drink due to the staff member being overwhelmed and customer felt ignored due to the focus on others air conditioning in the room is out dated and not very effective in the studio no free/extra power sockets by bed and have to unplug a lamp to use a power socket lighting in room/studio is poor and when night draws in if entering the room its dark and difficult to see/insert key - no central lights just side lights and lamps no ironing board or iron shower when turning on make quite a noise when initially pumping the water through the tap to shower when asking about restaurant, only advised that the lounge bar area was open, and not the main restaurant as shown on the website Drinks like coke or beer if ordered from bar are not served/poured and you are given a bottle and a glass to self service No card receipt offered after paying at the bar
Friendly relaxing hotel, great room size for studio and secure parking, venue seems very professional

United KingdomCarpet next to patio door badly stained, the throw on the bed was stained on the inside the same colour stain as the carpet. Cleaners didn't change the drinking glasses every day, we had to wash them out ourselves. Every morning Our balcony was covered in cigarette ends and cigarette ash from the bedrooms above, it was reported every day, I was told they was nothing they could do apart from send the cleaners in. The cleaners came and cleaned but this was not until 11 or 11.30, at 9am when I got up and I wanted to go on the balcony, I couldn't due to cigarettes on the balcony, table and sunbeds. Extra Smoke alarms could be set up right next to the windows which won't happen because it seems that smokers are controlling this hotel.
Location, bus outside the hotel to Granada town centre, staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful, food was okay

United KingdomWe had a power cut which was rectified quite quickly and the water supply went off on one the nights which caused a build up air pressure in the pipes which was not good when using the shower as it burst out. There are 3 lifts and 2 were out of order on one of days which was not great when there were large numbers of guests checking in and we had to go down the stairs to avoid waiting for too long.
The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Evan. The bedrooms were spacious with a terrace which was nice to look out into the Mountain View’s. I found the bed quite comfortable but my husband didn’t.

United KingdomUsed buy coach parties so it can be very busy at check out time. Lifts broke while we were there causing issues with getting everyone off each floor.
Great location near the Alhambra but far enough out to be a reasonable price. Breakfast is good and offers bacon and eggs as well as full continental. Rooms are clean and a good size with everything you need. Parking is great

GreeceRooms furniture are a bit dated. Carpet is not a good option nowadays. The common rooms are more elaborate and luxurious.
Good location if you travel by car parking wise. Alhambra parking lots are just a few minutes away. There is also frequent direct bus service No 33 to city center. Takes about 10-15 minutes to center. Breakfast super. Plenty of fresh food with many options. Nice view from room. Great fast elevators (no wait at all 😜). Very good window insulation no traffic noise although there is a busy roundabout across the street. Central A/C very adequate.

LithuaniaInitially I got room with the terrace overlooking 3 walls and just a sky view. Staff was pleasant, but not willing to change. Common areas are a bit noisy during events in a bars. The room has not much amenities, no iron, no minibar, no kettle etc.
The room with the mountain view terrace was great, the pool area very calm and not crowdy. Super clean. parking spacious and easy accessible.

United KingdomThe air-conditioning didn't function properly, so the room was quite hot. Don't think a nice stroll will get you into the centre of Granada or the Alhambra - both are a long and not enjoyable walk.
The location meant we didn't have to worry about driving into the centre of Granada, as it is on the outskirts. It has good parking facilities onsite. There are a number of bus stops close by, one directly outside the hotel.

Czech RepublicOur room was a bit outdated when it comes to the furniture and the bed (which was also a bit uncomfy, but that's a very subjective thing to rate) but nothing that would make the stay unpleasant.
Private underground parking where you can leave your car. Since the hotel is quite far from the city center, it's very good that there is a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel (the one where the bus stops on the way from the center is literally in front of the hotel entrance!). The staff were friendly. The breakfast was exceptional, the choice of food was more than sufficient.

United KingdomTwin beds, which a lot of rooms have, but comfortable nonetheless. A smart tv would be nice, which seems the norm these days
Nice pool, great sun terrace with the room, and Arab baths are worth paying the extra! No 33 bus drops you off outside the hotel, short walk either way to be picked up. The taverna up the road is an excellent place for breakfast with friendly staff. Easy and inexpensive to get to Alhambra by taxi.
