Breakfast doesn’t open until 8 and checkout is 10, with an early checkout surely breakfast should be from 7? Lifts are tired & beaten up and the pool bar serve drinks in plastic beakers which I did not expect from an adults only hotel plus I requested a factura/invoice which they tell me I can’t have until booking.com pay them, very unprofessional and therefore slightly affected my grade

After trying 6 other hotels in this area over the last few weeks, this was definately the best 3 star, there were adults here, it was quiet and although my balcony was in a concrete tube the room was modern & a good size, ashame the bulb had gone in the shower, breakfast was good with a chef making fresh eggs how you like plus pancakes and the food selection was very varied for a 3 star, I got this room for 51 euro and at that rate would use again but I’ve learnt this area is only for me in winter season but this is the best experienced in the area

You still get the young German lads getting drunk coming back at 3 and 4 am in morning toss pots

The double bed was just two twin beds stuck together, it kept separating very often which was not nice. The TV is extremely small, can barely see it from the bad. The lift is very slow, faster to use the stairs

The AC is appreciated, although it turns off when the veranda is open or the card is removed. Two pools, one for chilling and one for more active activities. Sunbeds available for free. Indoor and outdoor bar, although cash only. Pool tables Ping pong table Friendly and helpful staff Good options for breakfast

there should be some kind of cover for the blanket in the room, it is unlikely that such a warm blanket is washed often, so at least put it in something, because without it you can cover yourself with nothing, but with it it is good, but disgusting

Stuff are always smiling but taking plates from the table too early and they don't ask whether I finished or no. Pls don’t do that to your guests) Anyway food is really tasty and with a BIG choice

The internet connectivity was disastrous; it might as well have been non-existent at the property. Additionally, another significant issue was the red wristbands we received upon check-in, which were supposed to signify that breakfast was included. The problem was that these wristbands were extremely uncomfortable and caused irritation, and they were not to be removed. Should they be removed, we would have been required to pay for a replacement. 🥺

Bad for parking, can't go inside the yard with a car. Very small and clunky elevators. Air conditioning is not chilling the room enough.

The ac broke after 1 night and there were ants in the room. Otherwise the outside of the building was a little run down but overall pleased!

It was near the ocean and cavas, aqualand, lots of shops/restaurants/night activities and it was near bus stops so transportation was very easy!

They don’t give you a mini fridge with the room, however you can rent one from reception for €40 for 7 days (cash payment only for some reason), however the mini fridges(they changed ours twice) are quite small and weak and barely keep the drinks cool, and not cold.

The property is at a good location, the rooms are decent size, the breakfast provided was also good value.

thin walls that you can hear the noises from the other room. i think they have to improve the breakfast, the coffee doesnt taste coffee😁

Firstly, there are no parasols at the pool and very little shade so it was impossible to sit there for more than an hour as it was 37 degrees. The sunbeds really do need parasols. Secondly, a fridge in the room would be useful as its very warm and our water very quickly became warm, chocolate melted etc. Thirdly, the choices at dinner were very limited if you don't like red meat. They had some nice vegetarian options but if, like me, you want to eat protein rather than just carbs, there wasn't any chicken, turkey or even soya meat options. while we were there. However, the food they did serve was lovely and always hot. Lastly, the area is a bit of a dump if I'm being totally honest. The beach itself is beautiful but the tourists are very loud and boisterous and they leave an absolutely disgusting amount of rubbish everywhere. The street cleaners were out early every morning trying to keep on top of it but there were large groups still hanging around at 6:30 am, shouting comments at me while I tried to run and following me up the street laughing etc....quite intimidating. It just reminded me a bit of Torquay or what I imagine Benidorm to be like.

The location is brilliant, only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the beach. The air con is great and provides a very welcome relief from the intense afternoon heat. The beach and the sea are so beautiful, we really enjoyed walking up and down in the warm shallow water and swimming too. Breakfast was great, lots of options, both for food and drinks and all was nice and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Ants in the bedroom - no fridge in the bedroom - last day the cleaners forgot to put toilet roll in our room - elevators are very small

Very quick checking in process - rooms are cleaned every day - the pools are great and enough sun loungers for everyone - ideal for young adults

It was a nice place, 5 minutes away from the beach, a lots of resturants and shops near hotel, El Arenal beach was verry clean. They have a bar and a resturant to the hotel with good prices for drinks and food.

All day I've been out for dinner with a friend of mine, lady and our phone battery let us down. It was about 1 a.m. in the morning . I decided to get in the hotel to charge my battery( because I needed google Maps) and after that to send her to her hotel. From the reception asked me to pay 30 euros for her if she go upstairs. I told them we are going for a bit to take her jacket and to charge my battery.. they wanted her to stay in the lobby, but same time there were a few dronk Germans which been fighting each other , even the security guy couldn't get them away, so I didn't want to leave her alone downstairs for 20 mins. And they charged me 30 euros. After we charged the battery enough, we went out to send her to her hotel, I was asking the money back, but they refused. That is not nice and it just robbed customers on this way. Excluding that the food and the hotel were nice.
