Apartment was in a perfect location, easy walk to beach and along the paseo for bars etc. We had plenty of room for 4 of us, big bonus having 2 bathrooms.

The pool was small. No seating around the pool so foldable deckchairs would have been an advantage to take round the pool..

The gated security was great. Close to the beach

If you don’t like repetitive noise then it may not be the area for you as the were small planes constantly overhead but we enjoyed watching them.

The location of the complex is great as it is so close to the beach and Spinosa. It is nice to have several beautiful balconies to enjoy too! A good size apartment for a family.

bedroom door (twin room) will not shut letting in light/noise & reduced privacy. did run out of hot water for a shower once BUT if I'd known that in advanced I'd have used cold water first to wash out wetsuits/etc to save the hot water for people. But the shower was sooooo good as weather wasn't great in February (just unlucky as it swapped between cold & 20s degC daily)

Location wow you cant get any closer to the beach. 1st floor but there is a small lift if needed. Julie met as at the apartment & comms done via w/app so was very clear & worked! Clean, good TV, lovely shower & facilities

There was a slight mix up, with air con being offered in the description, when in actual fact it is just ceiling fans, however Rachel and Wallace were quick to get this rectified, and provided some portable air con units for our stay.

The apartment is great and offers everything you need for a family holiday. The location is exceptional, the beach is literally right on your doorstep, and shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within very easy walking distance.

Air Conditioning very poor downstairs there was a unit to plug in, one which didn’t work and the other had warm air coming out the sides which defeated the purpose. Bedroom upstairs had build in air con which was fantastic Apartment in general very good otherwise

Rather uncomfortable due to broken air conditioning unit

Air conditioning was broken!! I go to San Javier/Los Alcázares with several colleagues every year during the third week of June for work purposes, and my main reason for choosing an apartment is that it MUST have air conditioning, as we are well aware of the climate conditions in the area. The apartment "did" have AC, but it was not working, and when I inquired about it, I was told that it was out of service and for that reason the owner had installed ceiling fans in all the rooms - which means that it wasn't something that had just happened - they knew about it yet continued to advertise the apartment as having air conditioning. This for me is unacceptable. No compensation or explanation was offered. It was easy enough to collect the keys, which are located in a lock box at the apartment, or by contacting the property manager. However, when we arrived, the lock to the door was broken (the key did not turn, so therefore we could not get in), and the lock had to be replaced. There are absolutely no amenities. We had to go out and buy kitchen sponges and washing up liquid, as the dispenser was empty (although we later discovered a bottle hidden away behind the hot water heater). There was barely enough toilet paper for our four-day stay, and no shampoo/shower gel/etc.

Great location just a two-minute walk from the beach, with lots of beach bars and a nice promenade. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Good price.
