although new, the facilities are pretty basic and cheap, small rooms and bathrooms wbut huge terrace. it's more of a good 3 star hotel, rather than 4 stars. the water leaks from the shower, bathroom is very small

Like many Spanish buildings the soundproofing between rooms could be better. The hotel was generally quiet and we only had neighbours on one side so it was never a problem.

Good food (for a buffet). Spacious room and a nice big balcony. Easy parking. Whole area was getting quiet by mid October. Weather was still good so nice time for a holiday.

The evening meal was excellent in what was available again as self service. However it was not always as hot as I would have liked. I usually went in at about 20.10 and some of the food was only lukewarm. I learned to avoid the chips and went for potatoes instead. This was a slight disappointment. The TV was advertised as International but it was only some the news channels that were in English.

The breakfast was excellent as I thought that it would be a continental one so I was surprised that it was a self service full English one.

No instructions to use the spa bath. No instructions on number to call for reception Contents of refrigerator undrinkable as my wife is diabetic so needs Zero sugar and I do not like beer. Told we couldn’t change them as they were in our package so brought them home to give to the Dog Rescue to raffle! We’re not impressed with the coffee station, expected something special and it was quite ordinary. Lid on kettle would not close either. No instructions on using WI-FI . We did without as my wife is recovering from cancer and I am recovering from a stroke and we just had not got the energy to sort it out. Only Spanish tv, international visitors need international language subtitles at least. My wife was awake from five a.m. and found it depressing and quiet as she could not listen to her book on her iPad.but she did enjoy the sunrise

The breakfast was not the best choice, nor the healthiest.

Friendly helpful staff, there was a hire bike shop next door which we used to travel down the length of la manga. The hotel was close to restaurants and bars, and a 35 minute walk to the port along the beech. We had a suit, which provided excellent sunsets.

We tried to use the gym, but since we didn't have it all inclusive, we would have to pay a fee - it seemed excessive considering what looked like a very low utilization rate. It was a pain to use the room's bathroom during the night: the lights were too bright and white, the water discharge was extremely noisy, and there was the ventilation noise on top of it. We couldn't find any tv channels in english, although the hotel app showed some. The internet in the bedroom was pretty bad, considering a 4-star hotel in the 21st century. It was also not great that there were not any free drinks included in the dinner package - at least water should be offered for free. And something small, but noticeable, was the ambient music choice, which consisted on 4 or 5 saxofone renditions of famous songs on loop.

The room was comfortable, although we have preferred a double bed instead of twin beds. The food in the buffet was varied and fresh. The location was great to accomodate for anything within the first quilometers of Gran Vía, with many supporting stores and beach 5 min away. Staff was very nice, especially in the food area. Pool area was of good size and we never had a problem with finding a sitting spot (also because the majority of people preferred the beach).

Room was very clean and easy to keep cool, large balcony. The pool area and pool is really good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and lunch, we did not have an evening meal so can't comment on that.
