Checking-in was a total nightmare, took an hour. There is No coffee station in the room. Also I specifically booked this hotel for the pool but itl closes at 8pm so you never get back in time to use it. Only one channel on the tv.

The only thing I loved was the restaurant/café staff and the food, that was excellent even though no one speaks English.

Bed wasn't that comfy. Room wasn't ready when we arrived even though we arrived after time we said would arrive.Staff in restaurant spoke no English and menu was in Spanish only.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find. Great location for en route to Santander . Nice pool at the hotel.

We had not realised that all the rooms were on the first floor and as two people in our mid eighties although in good health it was less than ideal. The same comment applies to the in bath shower rather than a walk in shower and from reception to the restaurant there are two sets of steps without handrails. The bed was too hard for us.

Room and bathroom were a good size. Restaurant was good. Reception and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was ok

Hotel is located outside the center directly on the expressway. Nevertheless, it was quiet, you didn't hear any noise. It's a good 20 minutes into the city. Very good parking and cheap compared to hotels in the center. Ideal for those passing through or people who need good parking. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel is far from everything like getting a takeaway. U can only buy food in the hotel which is expensive, but we managed

Breakfast at the hotel was not good and not good value for money. Not very versatile choices and our kids left still hungry

There is a parking space under every apartment which is fantastic! Great bathroom with huge bathtub.

Lots of family kids noise, it's in the middle of no where my service was terrible no late food options not a place for a solo gal

The equipment can be better.

The staffs are very friendly and warm-hearted. It is convenient for people drive to this hotel. Each apartment has a parking spot below. And it has nice price.

The facility is a bit dated and should need renovation (for example, the laminate in the rooms is not top notch). The breakfast coffee (for an Italian guy) is not acceptable.

Nice rooms very quiet and spacious. Toilet facilities were clean and with necessary accessories. Breakfast includes both international and local food

My visit coincides with lots of school children of about 4-5 groups. I don't know what the occasion was, but they were noisy, and I find it very difficult to sleep. But that's okay and I couldn’t complain.

The rooms were overheated and only way to reduce the temperature was by opening the window. The wall controls were not working.

Unfortunately it's one of the worst breakfasts we've ever had in the hotels. Very poor selection, very low quality of the food. Coffee was so bad that none of us finished it. It's definitely not worth the money we paid. If you don't have a car, it'll be super inconvenient to get to Madrid. We drove to Getafe and then took a train there.

I was surprised how quickly the reception desk organized things. For example, I asked about an additional blanket and informed about a problem with the safe and staff was in our room after 5 minutes. They were super friendly.

Convenient location if you are passing through or coming to visit the theme parks. Big and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, great price. Despite being next to the highway, we could not hear anything from the room

Things which are always a negative in Spain is: Sound proofing is poor, and you always get people that think it is the height of sophistication to be up half the night talking ( talking = shouting in Spanish) Apart from that, all reasonable.

Very long waiting time at reception. Almost everybody had problems with bookings. The hotel couldn’t found bookings and information about them. Apartment was very cold and the bed, pillows were uncomfortable.

Big comfortable bathroom. Private separate parkings for each apartment.

Parking excellent. Receptionist was good although very rushed off his feet when we arrived so waiting some time to be booked in. No worries got upgraded to a suite, very nice

It was a nice surprise the concept of the hotel. Like a small houses . We've parked for free under our room. There was a nice looking swimming pool ,but we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather
