The room and bathroom were quite dated and everything could do with a small touch up to bring it up to date.

Very welcoming home away from home. The rooms are simple, but spacious. The owners are very helpful and friendly, and they go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants, public parking.

Having looked at all the reviews i knew in advance that this property was just what we wanted its individual and small and friendly just what we wanted to relax and spend a few days in the area visiting friends.The pool was lovely for a quiet dip Amber was a star finding my Husbands lost glasses and then fixing mine so i could carry on reading by the pool .

Absolutely nothing

We were welcomed by the host and he gave us an absolute marvelous talk through of the local cuisine and the places to go. Julien and his wife Ambre are absolutely charming hosts and even while checking out no tip was too much for them to make sure we would see every nice place in the neighborhood. A lovely warm and charming place to stay and I will certainly recommend this to everybody. Thanks again!

The Boutique Hostal Lorca was in a great location, with fabulous facilities and amazing hosts, Julien and Amber. They made us feel at home and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hostal was incredibly clean and well equipped.

Being very picky, the lack of a little area to off load the car before driving to the nearby car park. But a tiny issue.

Very hospitable hosts. Central location. Great facilities, we loved the communal kitchen and sharing drinks and food. Beautiful garden and pool. A very well looked after property, spotless. It has an authentic, Andalusian charm. Recommended strongly.

Our room was quite small and we didn't really have enough room to reorganise packing or hang things up. It was quite a trek from the top floor to the garden in the basement.

It's a charming property with a lovely walled garden area with small pool. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming or hospitable.

I think the property needs some updating and as new owners I’m sure they will get to it in time. I’m not usually a fan of air con but I do see now it is needed as the room we were in was like an oven quite damp so notting would dry. Although the bed was super comfy and had a fan we didn’t sleep well.

This is a lovely cosy quaint place great location as it’s away from the madness of the crowds but close enough to walk, a short stroll to the bus stop and a lovely square with a cafe at the top of the road to have breakfast. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. Lovely homely atmosphere with a courtyard and plunge pool. There is parking about a 5 min walk away for a very small fee each day!

Nothing - maybe that there wasn’t AC but I’m not a big fan of AC anyway.

I loved the decoration. It’s clean and everything works, fairly simple, but it has a very homey feeling with a nice pool and a lot of plants everywhere. The location is excellent - 5-minute walk from everywhere including the beach! But the best part is the warmth and service from the two owners. They really did their best to make us feel comfortable as if it was a 5-star hotel. We got along very well and had a nice chat before leaving. One of my favourite stays after having visited 30 countries!
