Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaIt's down a pedestrian street with pretty paving, but murder to roll cases on. However only about 50 metres of this, so manageable. The upside, of course, is no traffic outside.
Well appointed studio with great terrace. Had everything one needs and host was super helpful. The terrace was great; very private and it was lovely listening to Valencia wake up while drinking my morning coffee.

HungaryGreat apartment with balcony. Two minutes walk from the metro stop Colón. Really in the heart of the city. Restaurants, shops nearby. All spots in walking distance. (We love walking !) Beach is 30 minutes by bus. We stayed 3 nights, but it is suitable for longer stay, as it has washing machine, iron.

The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four, in an excellent location, clean. I expected it to be noisier considering that the apartment is in the center, but me and my family slept very well. The air conditioning is central and it is very pleasant even at night with the air conditioning on. The terrace and the apartment are beautiful and the owner Carlos is there if you need anything. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants comfortable, clean and well-priced accommodation in the center of Valencia.

United StatesThere was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. The apt was clean but the smell was very strong and sewage like. I think a problem w the building and not the actual apt as I have stayed in the exact apt before and not had this issue. I’m sure the owners would have addressed it if I’d asked but my trip was too rushed.

CanadaTerrace doors are pretty thick but there is some night-time street noise. Earplugs worked well.
Host Carlos was very helpful and communication response was fast. 24-hr door man with who managed the keys. Easy walking distance to many Old Town attractions, restaurants, taxi stand and other transportation. Nice apartment, great AC, lovely terrace overlooking street. Bring earplugs if light sleeper.

SpainA few smalI things really, I would have liked a nespresso pod coffee machine or something like it instead of the one that is there. Easier to use. No wine or cava glases. For me, and I know that is personal, the mattress wasa a little too hard. But, it is impossible to please everybody.
The location is perfect in a pedestrianised street. Quiet at night. Plenty of hot water and towels for a shower The price is fair for a city centre location There are several option of blankets etc if you are cold at night TV worked great WiFi was great

RomaniaWhen we arrived at the apartment, at the exact the check in time, according to the property policy, the cleaning ladies were inside and we needed to leave until they finished cleaning. Good thing was that we could leave our baggage inside.
Nice and clean apartment, great terrace, all necessary amenities for a short stay, in an excellent central location, very close to all touristic attractions. All in all, great place! Valencia is an incredibly nice city.

The location is perfect. In the middle of the old city. The terras do have a lot of space. In the apartment, you find everything you need. You can choose to make your own breakfast, but in the same street, you are able to get breakfast too.

Immaculate location. Area is safe and beautiful. Great Wi-Fi with a very good TV. Staff is friendly and tries to help even if they don’t speak English. Overall there is not much to complain about, very good booking.
