We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyIt is not possible to store the luggage for the whole day given that the staff is only there until 17-18, which is absolutely understandable, just for you to consider it in case you are staying some hours after the check-out, as it was my case. But being honest, I have no complain about this place.
An amazing place to stay in Sitges. It's next to the train station, a late check-in was possible through a code for the secure box (previously I sent my ID via an external website). It is ideal for LGBT+ people. The room had air conditioning, a small fridge, a coffee machine and everything needed to enjoy the stay. It was possible to pay the breakfast at the moment, which I highly recommend. In other places around Spain the breakfast is very poor, here it was amazing, a nice buffet with a variety of hams, cheeses, eggs, fruits, pastry, tea, coffee, chocolate. There is a beautiful dog making your mornings happier while you (the name was Oscar if I remeber well) and all the staff was very nice. It isn't next to the beach but personally I didn't find it a problem at all because everything is reachable within a 10-15 min walk.

CanadaKeep in mind that that the 1st floor in this country is above the ground floor (what some consider the 2nd floor) and buildings are vertical here, so some steps are involved.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was quite and the bed was comfortable. The location was terrific. Lovely breakfast on the patio which can accommodate a variety of dietary needs (gluten free? Talk to staff).

ItalyMinor details - the shower was badly designed as the controls stick out into the shower area and it is almost impossible not to hit them accidentally as you shower. In a perfect world it would have been nice to have had the tea I like replaced for the next day rather than leaving me to use the other kind of tea I don’t like so much but this is something very few hotels think about.

A lovely old building with very friendly staff. As a solo traveller I was made to feel welcome. They helped to arrange a transfer back to the airport on a Sunday morning which was a great comfort. My garden room was lovely with high ceilings and lovely balcony looking out to the garden and no street noise.

I had booked the penthouse apartment. It was more than what I expected. The terrace is fab . Luciano checked me in and helped with my suitcase up the flight of stairs . However upon within an hour my mam called to inform me my dad was critically sick in hospital (and still is ) . I had to booked a flight to get me to Dublin ASAP . So I was leaving in 5 hours time to catch a flight out of BCN . I informed Luciano and he was very sympathetic and helpful . The team Arnaud and the team are working with booking.com to do good by me under the unfortunate circumstances I am currently in .

The location is perfect to visit the old town, beaches, bars and restaurants. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station which was convenient. The hosts Michael and Dietar (hope I got your names correct) were very pleasent and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is very nice with the rooms cleaned every day. I had the breakfast for 3 days during my stay and it was excellent. Overall a very good hotel to enjoy your stay in Sitges.
