The hotel's location is perfect. Big supermarket over the road with station next to that. Plus you are moments from all the main streets and a short stroll to the front. Despite being right in the mix of things, the hotel is very peaceful. My room was large and extremely well sound insulated. There was a fridge, kettle and nespresso machine. Is everything brand new and absolutely clinically perfect? In all honesty, no, but it really doesn't matter, the hotel is quirky with character and the staff are friendly & helpful. This place has a heart. It's also dog friendly. I'll be going back.

- The staff was really attentive and lovely. We had the privilege of being invited to a small party to celebrate Pride in the hotel's private garden. A great atmosphere with a very family-friendly and welcoming vibe. - The decoration with all the little teddy bears in every corner made this beautiful hotel unique and very cute. - The room was very comfortable with double glazing that was very effective in completely reducing external noise, and the curtains were very blackout.

The stairs are steep. It's an old building that they carved a charming place to stay out of. Stairs were expected. The kind young man who checked us in carried our things up for us, which was lovely.

This hotel was a delight! The two gentlemen we interacted with were so friendly and helpful! I actually loved the whole town. This location is close to a modern Mercado and within easy walking distance of the beach down charming cobblestoned streets. Here is an embarrassing admittance but it showcases how kind they are. I thought I had reserved two nights but had only reserved one. I was in a town a couple of hours away when they contacted me and very politely let me know they needed the room. I was horrified but not able to do much immediately. At my request they cleaned our things out of the room and had them all neatly waiting for us in reception. And were just so forgiving and kind about it. I would 100% stay here again. But check my nights more carefully!

The bathroom is very compact so bear in mind if you are a big guy! I found the bed a little uncomfortable and a little on the smaller side for 2 full sized people.

Excellent for short stay. Probably for long as well. We had only stayed one night but it was great for a family with small baby. Perfect location on the main street with window/wall soundproof system. Very comfortable bed.

Very delightful small hotel within an historic building located near the railway station with a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. A very warm welcome by super friendly and helpful guys who really go the extra mile in ensuring their guests are comfortable. The shower was fabulous and coffee machine a bonus. My room had a spacious terrace overlooking the delightful teddy bears' garden.

There was not a thing we did not like.

Our charming host who greeted us and gladly stored our luggage until our room was ready and hauled it all up to the second floor for us seniors. We loved happy hour on our balcony overlooking the courtyard with teddy bears. The location within a block of the train station and across the street from supermarket and next to bakery coffee shop. It was a short stroll down to the beach promenade passing shops, bars and restaurants.

There was a smell in the room once you enter, I guess they need to give maintenance to the air conditioner. Also the windows that goes to the street and doesn’t allow to have privacy. The handle on the shower is not well maintained neither some electrical connections. The pillows were too much soft and they only gave me 2.

I could very well hear Tv playing next door, so the sound isolation might be better. Some would not like the steep stairs, but i didnt mind really.

I was on the third floor (without an elevator), which is a bit of a walk to get to the room. They will help you with the suitcase when you arrive, but it will always be a bit of a climb. This would not deter me from booking again here, but if you have more problems with mobility, this might be an issue for you.

Location was absolutely excellent, very convenient to reach the beach, the restaurants and the bars in Sitges. The room was spacious, had plenty of room (was a single traveler). They were very friendly at check in and providing towels and other stuff for the beach. The Wifi was great, as was the included Apple TV for streaming from my own Apple devices. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Sitges

The hotel's credit card machine didn't work and it gave rise to some headaches which were beyond the control of the hotel to easily solve.

Sitges is a busy party-town. I chose a quiet-sounding place as I was merely in transit between Lisbon and Budapest. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel retained its quiet aura through the night. I was warmly welcomed at reception and the next day another staff -member drove me to the airport for a reasonable price.

We loved the location of this hotel. Close to the train station, to the beach, as well as to the Sitges city center. The hosts were extremely nice, doing everything they could to help us feel relaxed. We were traveling with our 1-year old son and the fact that a crib with good mattress was available for him helped us a lot. Dietmar also helped us with the shuttle to the airport early in the morning and for a good price, and we really thank him for being such a nice host. We loved the fact that our bed was big and had a topper, so we didn't feel at all the discomfort of the twin beds.
