- Pool- area is allowed to be naked, which for some reason almost everybody was doing everywhere you looked I would have liked to know and probably would not have come (and not in the small letters when you read the whole hotel story ( like who does that ) - Beds not very comfortable

Not a negative, but ideally you need a car or you'll rely alot on taxis.

The cabin was really cute, aircon very decent, the pool is really chill, and the breakfast is a nice touch. Most of all the staff were lovely and really helpful - even organising a hire car to be delivered to the hotel for us.

My only small complaint was that the mattress and pillows were quite firm.

We had a fantastic stay! We rented a car and the location in the centre of the island was perfect to get to different towns and beaches. Also the town of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera which is 2 minutes up the road has everything you nedd - grocery stores, delicious restaurants, and nice shops. We stayed in a cottage - it was peaceful and had a good air conditioning unit. The gardens are beautifully taken care of and the staff were some of the nicest and accommodating people ever! We would definitely stay here again.

We originally booked a bungalow (as described on site), however upon arrival we found it was more of a cabin. I would suggest changing the name to cabin to avoid unnecessary expectations and disappointment upon arrival. Not that there was anything wrong with the cabin however I would say it was slightly overpriced for what it was. We upgraded to a room for our second night, and it was absolutely brilliant.

Set in a beautiful location with the most amazing garden and really lovely staff there to assist. Pure relaxation, walking around the ground and having a dip in the pool. I wish we had spent more of our stay there rather than staying in town. I would definitely recommend

I honestly could not suggest a thing that would have made our experience more enjoyable or relaxing. We just had the best time and it was so good to get a little sunshine - the UK has not been warm or sunny since last July! As I said above, the hotel is lovely, the staff even more so.

The hotel itself is very lovely with a tranquil, relaxing vibe surrounded by well planted gardens and plenty of trees for dappled shade. All these things are just lovely but they would not be as enjoyable if the staff were not equally welcoming. And I must say the staff were kind, as warm as the sunshine and always unremittingly helpful. They all took time to get to know us from the first breakfast to our last day and they made the whole experience unforgettable. When we left we felt a tinge of sadness that we would not see them the next day, it seemed we were visiting family rather than just staying at a hotel! We would love to go back and will do so as soon as possible!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. We were on the island for a wedding and had a really relaxing stay in between running around for the wedding events. Masha, Carolina, Laura, Rosa, Miguel-Angel & Miguel are an amazing team, always happy to help and gave some great recommendations for restaurants that we'd love to visit again. Such a good night's sleep, super quiet and relaxing and no rushing on the breakfast at all

First of all i am from Ibiza and i am staying there due to a problem i have in my house. These location is a magic, the team is so far nicest people in the island i ve met…always with a small and full of love and care..i loved it

The only thing that let it down was the staff noise in the mornings - doors closing loudly, conversations - my room was next to the staff room. I could hear the 2 way conversation of the staff and whoever was on the telephone. After I complained they made an effort to keep the noise down but I could still hear everything, my suggestion to the hotel is to move the office out of the main building and my suggestion to guests is to stay in one of the cottages set back from the main house.

The location was beautiful set in the countryside with lots of birdsong. But very easy to get around and a 5 min drive to Santa Gertrudis which has great restaurants and shops. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and is understated.

the wifi is very poor , you have to come to the main lounge / reception area the reception / restaurant area is not air conditioned and not even an air fan, some time it gets very hot in summer days

I like the quietest. You are in Ibiza which is consider the party town and then you can just chilled in the quiet of the hotel

Rooms were a bit basic but I didn’t mind it. It was overall a very positive stay. Could be a bit more space around the pool for guests to lay.
