The Evening Buffet was good but I think the BBQ needs larger pieces of meat. I would like to see a large paella one of the nights. The entertainment was good but could go on until 11pm it stops at 10pm. I would like to see more of the double loungers as they are so comfortable but not enough of them.

We loved this hotel. The staff are so friendly and professional and very helpful. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. The hotel has so many extra free classes such as pilates, yoga, water aerobics and much more. The spa was also gorgeous. The Interior design is very modern and immaculate. Everything is always perfectly clean. The pool is large, and the gardens absolutely manicured to perfection.

The property was great.

The property was well maintained. It was spotless.The bedroom was large and had great wardrobe space. We had a lovely balcony with a sea view.The dining room was capable of dealing with large number of guests.

all the pools and the jacuzzis were too cold to go into. over 1 week stay in december i saw a total of 8 people in the pools. it was very frustrsting to see signs on the walls stating the temperature of the pool was 26 degrees and tge jacuzzi was in the 30s when they clearly werent. do the staff not wonder why no one goes into the pools? the beach was right on our doorstep and the sea temp was lovely so we just went to the beach. a real shame about the pools cos everything else was just fab

Quality of the food in the hotel restaurants.

We was greeted by the lovely Amit on our stay who gave us a free room upgrade upon checkin. Amit was lovely enough to give us a tour of the hotel, staff were extremely friendly, and the cleanliness of rooms and around the hotel were immaculate. We stayed in the superior suite which overlooked a sea view of the beach. Absolutely loved our stay as we had easy access to the beach through the rear entrance and close to shops.

Spent a week in Lava Beach for our honeymoon, we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Staff were brilliant, hotel and rooms were spotless, great food, great pool area. Location brilliant. Will definitely stay here again

We booked a sea view room which we got but it was obscured by the block in front of us, all the times we have stayed this was our least favourite room, sometimes the food is not quite hot enough if it’s been out for a while, these are just minor niggles as overall we love this hotel.

Love this hotel and have stayed many times, the staff are absolutely lovely and it’s such a nice hotel, eating outside is just perfect and the staff are very efficient, the beds are comfortable and everything is luxury. Love the location overlooking the sea and the traffic free area, we will be back.

It was a fabulous experience from the minute you walked through such friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Monika who we met on the 1st morning for breakfast told us about the rooftop bar and we went there every evening during our stay with family and friends and she was an amazing host in the bar.

Entertainment was hit, and Miss could have been slightly better for a 5 * nothing after 22.00 very quiet . Food is sometimes not very hot and can be a bit repetitive. Thought drinks were a bit overpriced in the hotel. Spa treatments are a bit overpriced to.

Quiet and relaxing Good choice of food, but it can get a bit repative Great service 👏 nothing is too much trouble. My partner did a birthday surprise with the help of the reception staff.

The coffee was bitter due to being burnt by ridiculously hot water unless it came out of the machine in the restaurant or the fab Nespresso machines in your room. Sound system used by the acts in the Piano Bar needed setting up properly as it lacked any form of bass, thus the midrange was overpowering and didn't really help the acts.

Have to say this was better than our expectations. We had done a lot of research and settled on Lava Beach Hotel due to the reviews. Firstly all the staff are great, very friendly and hard working to please everyone. The staff in the bars and restaurants are really attentive and switched on. The food is outstanding with a buffet selection to make your eyes pop… and your belly!... Soo much choice and it tastes amazing. The room was brilliant with more than you could expect. We had a suite over looking the pool and could not fault it. Very clean and packed with lots of nice touches… very luxurious! There are 2 pools and an outside jacuzzi. The bottom pool is only 0.4m in depth with 4 built in jacuzzi style loungers and definitely good fun to use. This was a very tranquil hotel especially around the pool, at times you could hear a pin drop. I think everybody appreciated that. One of the best things is they have a sun lounger policy. You cannot reserve one by dumping things on them before 10am. Either you have to be on it (or obviously in the pool), or they will remove everything. Works a treat! … There are more than enough very comfy sun loungers for everyone all in good positions! A very clean and modern hotel, yet has charm and warmth. There is a lot of attention to detail which if you watch the staff you will see, even using a spoon & fork to place the serviette's on the table. The Spa is great and shouldn't be overlooked as it has some nice facilities of its own. The 60min back and neck treatment I received was incredible.

We ate lunch a couple of times in the pool side bar - the service there was slow when ordering food.

Really liked the cleanliness of the hotel - everywhere was pristine. Also, the fitness classes are a really good idea. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional.

Honestly, you'd have to be very picky to not like this hotel. Absolutely outstanding, we loved every minute of it. You could not fault the staff and the cleanliness. Beautiful array of breakfast buffet, great piano bar, excellent pool table service. In a one word summary. Spectacular.
