We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWifi was slow but I had that complaint for every place we stayed in Spain.
Breakfast was great. I would have appreciated self-serve breakfast since our family is big and it takes a while for one person to serve everyone. The rooms were large, spacious, and clean. The location could not be beat. The hotel is old and gorgeous. It's just a really nice place to stay and the location near Ordesa National Park is unbelievable. We arrived late in the night and waking up in the morning to the mountains was incredible. We also appreciated the flexibility for a late check-in.

Spainit is perfect base for families. Private parking, convenient to restaurants and trails. less touristy than Torla , nice views and you sleep with the sound of the river in the background. very good value for a family. the breakfast wasn’t too exciting, but it is optional.

United KingdomBreakfast was a bit average - nice, but not a lot of choice, if you want something other than toastada with ham, cheese, or jam. Seems that most breakfasts in the hotels we stayed in were very similar. The bed was a little hard, but not too bad.
Great location - a short walk into Broto (2 mins) and short walk (10 mins max) to the fabulous waterfall that you can actually see from the back of the hotel (and our window). Good parking. Spacious non-cluttered bedroom that had good storage and decent sturdy coat hangers (good for motorcycle gear). We had a little balcony that didn't necessarily boast the best view, but was very pleasant and a good spot to dry things. Great orange juice!

SpainThe hotel was extremely noisy. Pipes, toilet flushes, tvs, footsteps, and most of all the busy road out front. We had a balcony that we couldn't really use since the noise from the traffic was so bad. In the evening it tapered off a bit but it was still impossible to keep the door open. One night in particular all of the possible noises were happening at once and it actually bordered on comical. So my advice is to definitely request a garden room on the back side of the building, bring ear plugs for the pipes and water noises, and hope for the best for quiet neighbours! Truthfully on a return visit I will be investigating other options.
The location is good right at the entrance to town (coming from Torla) and there is ample private parking in the back. The hotel itself is very basic and reminiscent of a typical 2* from the 80s, which is neither good nor bad just a fact! :-) It was clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was basic but satisfying (coffee with a pastry). The garden area is large and there were tables and chairs to enjoy a drink or some takeaway food.
