Food temperature, not kept hot. Coffee not as good as previous visits, don't know if another brand or weaker, just not as good as it used to be.

Repeat customer, picked for location and cost compared to other hotels nearby. Breakfast was good, although the same things every day, plenty of choice. Evening meals were OK, never left without eating, even if I just had chicken nuggets and salad. Room location superb, I asked for ground floor due to Dad's mobility and given 101B, right next to lift/restaurant - perfect location.

The rooms lack some basics like you don’t get a remote for the tv and there is no toiletries also the check in time of 4pm is a little late. There is also no air conditioning this was not to bad in May as there was celling fans but I could imagine in hotter months this could be an issue. The room was only made up twice in 5 nights.

The property is in a great location, the rooms are a great size and staff are very helpful.

The pool was too cold for the kids too enjoy for any length of time, probably in the summer this wouldn't be a problem. The late night noise, the windows and doors in the apartments could do with upgrading.

Food was plentiful fresh and varied, even my fussy daughter had somthing to eat every meal. The staff worked hard and were friendly. I liked the fact the all inclusive Fizzy drinks were all sugar free (perfect for kids to help themselves) The rooms was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, we were given clean towels and the bins were empted every other day, and bed sheets changed half way through the week. We asked for a room on the top floor, which we were given, (502D) there is a lift, and we had beautiful views of Costa Adeje. We asked for late check out, which we paid €30 for to have the room until 6pm.

The security staff are rude and arrogant. The hotel needs to address this as I witnessed many other guests having the same experience. Total jobs worth spoiling people’s stays.

Rooms are not soundproof so sometimes you can hear loud neighbours. Cold water in the pool. Food selection was alright nothing special. Staff are very noisy in the restaurant, food trolley is a bit of a hassle when moving around the tables in such a small restaurant. Personally I think it’s not very hygienic.

there was no evening entertainment, there was a guy 1 night for karaoke but the hotel let him go apparently so was not great for being on the all inclusive and ment lots of people went out which is obviously better for the hotel bar. Beautifully refurbished apartment, no dining table or chairs in the room, no bedside cabinet or little shelf for your overnight stuff, phone, glasses water etc which was annoying. The shower looked fabulous however the tray was not deep enough and impractical because the water would go all over the beautiful floor and be soaking wet so definately a design fault there, and the drain cover moved so could have been a bit dangerous for slipping on. We could not get any drink mixers that were not diet juices, we went out to buy something from the shop but even then the shops were very limited in choice for non diet juices. I wondered whether this was a spanish or island initiative but this is not really acceptable as diet juices are not good for you especially containing aspartame and other sweetners so we stuck to wine or beer or bought our own mixers.. we should be able to have the choice

Reception on arrival were very efficient, and our room was ready which was great arriving early to the hotel.... the location of this place suits us very well and is within reach of the beach, shops, bars restaurants and all other amenities within a short walk, dinner was not spectacular but there was always something to eat that I liked. Some food tends to be a bit on the cold side but then that is a spanish thing but there is a microwave provided should you want to heat things up. The pool looked lovely, plenty of sunbeds although a lot of them were past their best and could do with replacing, the water was absolutely freezing though so didn't partake in swimming because of that. Place is kept clean and tidy and is well maintained throughout

8am wakeup call from cleaners banging on the door. Drinks weren't great and the food wasn't good either. The rooms are good and clean but really lack any furniture a bed side table or a coffe table wouldn't go a miss. €10 deposit for the tv remote

The horrendous amount of extremely noisy, drunk and ignorant people from UK who were shouting 24/7 in their pre-historic English slang, spitting and throwing stubs and other trash anywhere and everywhere really disturbed the peaceful moments when the toddler was being put to bed during the day and in the evenings (when were physically present at the hotel). While overall facilities and staff are absolutely ok, just because of those crowds we would not come back.

Good location, amazing staff - especially the restaurant attendants and people in the kitchen. Room was cleaned every 2 days and was exceptionally clean. In general, value of money considering the location and in general considering it is Tenerife exceeded expectation.
