Rooms are not so good isolated you can hear people talking next room ours have came 03pm and we get up with their sounds and hear every word they say. Bathroom ventilation fan is too loud.

We stayed for 3 nights. Bathroom was phenomenal. Beds are 2 single beds sticked together so you can go between if you turn too much. It is so near to everywhere. Staff is so friendly they help every request I did. Room is big enough and sheets are clean

The room was smaller than the room I reserved (15 m²). There is no refrigerator, electrical kettle slippery in the room. No internal telephone.

The hotel is above a restaurant and has a great location. You have access other points by walk. It is located near a big park and The Triomph arc boulvard. We have a good view to boulvard and a little noise (almost not) from street. There is towels, linen, toiletries, AC. You can put your baggage there after checkout free of charge. It was clean. The private bathroom was good

when we entered the hotel they charged nine euros extra for each person because we had a rest in barcelona. breakfast was not included in the price and there was only kurasan and coffee in the breakfast. breakfast can be a little richer

Location was excellent, right next to the park and easily walkable to the port and the beach. The beds were super comfy! The room was also cleaned every day and a fresh bottle of water was left in the room for each of us, which was a lovely touch.

One time the guests in restaurant were too loud.

Everything was perfect: the room was impeccably clean, had good sound insulation, and offered a view of the Arc de Triomf square. The bed was comfortable. We especially liked the location. We spent eight days without needing public transport, as we could reach every sightseeing spot on foot. The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the service was the top. We want to thank Gonzales from Argentina for his excellent work and good recommendations. Our stay at la Ciudadela exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has only 1 star but the room and bathroom were clean, modern and comfortable. The location in the centre was perfect to explore Barcelona. Downstairs is a restaurant / bistro one can order breakfast, lunch or drinks in the evening. One can leave their luggage for free.

The location is very good,in front of ciutadella park. There is also next to the bus station where it takes only 5 minutes to get to plaza catalunya. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a tea kettle and a mini fridge in the room. We stayed 8 nights and though we ate at the restaurant ( excellent food and service) on the premises daily it would be nice to have a cup of tea in the room. That was the only thing we missed. Otherwise evething was perfect.

Location was great! It was easy to walk or get a short taxi ride ( reasonably priced) to all attractions. We also liked hanging around near Arc de Triompf or in La Ciutadella park in the evenings.

We were impressed from the time we arrived with tge service. We only planned to have breakfast there one mornings. It was excellent and a good value, so we wish we'd had breakfast there every day.

Interior view not good. But I could have paid an extra 20 for great park view Nto the most exciting area but great for park access and you can pretty much walk anywhere

You do hear the other rooms and there is no elevator to get to your room. The wifi was not very stable.

Very cute hotel, great location, the hotel is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant offers great affordable options for breakfast. The rooms are well designed. The room has 2 chairs, a desk that isn't very wide and still helpful, a big windows with electric shutters. The bathroom is also pretty nice : good size compared to the size of the room , it has a real bath mat (not just a towel so it doesn't get as wet) , hair dryer , space for your toiletries bag etc.
