Pool bar does not open until after 11 am some days was later,its a shame because everything they do is really nice.

First, if you say you have a spa with sauna, steambath and jacuzzi at a 5 star boutique hotel, you have to mention that is not for free! Nowhere else in similar places I had to pay for this services, 40 euro/day, to acces some of these facilities that hotel presented as included, because I verified in their presentation, website and intern app, is nowhere mentioned. So , i understand that if you want a massage, a facial or other trataments you have to pay. But you cannot present yoursefl as a spa hotel boutique and ask for money to acces the sauna at the reception!!! Huge disapoiment. The pool is nice, heated, but is maximum 1.10 m so you cannot swim, just soak.

Stunning place, great arhitecture, everything, every corner shows very much care. Great staff, large room, extraordinary terrace, stunning views, staff excelent. Breakfast very tastefull and with many, many choices.

Everything from check in to leaving was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast, pool, roof terrace & room were all top class.

The suites were a great size and really well appointed. Facilities around the hotel were first class and very comfortable and clean, fantastic pool area where you don't feel overcrowded. Food was really good with a lovely breakfast buffet But overall the staff were amazing and really made the hotel and our stay 10/10

It’s a bit out of town

The sun beds around the pool are exceptionally comfortable. 5 inch thick memory foam with Rowling covers that are changed daily. Plenty of them also

The shower was not powerful and not particularly warm.

The staff were outstanding and so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious . Special shout out to Ruben. The ala carte restaurant served wonderful cocktails . The environment was super clean and beautifully minimalist and the pool was the perfect temperature

not a negative but pool is really shallow, more of a relaxing pool which is nice , just can’t really swim in it.

Beautiful property with all individual suites. In a quieter part of old town so very peaceful, has a lovely chilled vibe .Food was amazing ,staff so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.

It was described as having a spa, but in actual fact it does not. You can however book treatments and the treatment I had was excellent massage. I think that if they develop the spa so there was a Jacuzzi steam and sauna that would make it perfect.

We could not have had a better stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing with an overwhelming number of options at the buffet and food cooked to order. Pool and chillout areas were comfortable and relaxing, with drinks and snacks brought to our loungers. Friendly staff that can't do enough for you. Breath taking views of the sea right outside our balcony. The cocktails in Kentia Bar were out of this world!

I cannot pick any fault.

Breakfast was amazing. The choice of food and the fresh breads, fruits, pastries was amazing. The staff were very welcoming in the morning and very accommodating. They opened the breakfast room for us half an hour early so we could grab a light bite before our flight. The hotel area was very private, clean and had a very intimate feel around it. I most defiantly will be returning here again.

Pool staff short; noone to curb reservations of recliners which allows many people to place towels to reserve recliners that go unused for hours, even full days
