Beautiful hotel, lovely comfortable sunbeds and pool area which was nice and peaceful. Some lovely bars and restaurants close by in the Old Town area or a short stroll down to the strip where there is plenty of choice. All of the staff were so friendly and could not be more helpful. Suite 804 was perfectly situated with a lovely terrace looking out to sea. Got the sun all day long, which was nice where I wanted some time to myself.

There is nothing negative to say about it. I like good hotels, and expect it to be exactly what it says it is, but it was better.

It was very clean, the staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you. And the food was 10/10 We are going to go back next year for sure.

Nothing to dislike but pool umbrellas could do with updating

Fabulous luxurious hotel. Bedrooms spacious. Beds comfortable. Coffee maker and pods. Breakfast was excellent. Pool Beds super comfortable. Room cleaned daily. Towel beds changed daily if needed. But the best part was the staff. Friendliest and attentive staff we have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble and always greeting with a smile. We loved our stay

There are no irons in the rooms and they only give them out when asked for. I do t really understand this as they are not expensive to buy.

The staff are excellent and always so friendly. The hotel provided me and my parents with a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi on the terrace. There is a taxi rank just outside the hotel which is really handy. About a 15 walk to the start of the seafront promenade. The breakfast was perfect. Large selection. The staff are excellent. The coffee machine was not super if you are really into your coffee. I’d prefer if it was made from a regular machine and not those industrial digital ones

A little short on sunbeds. People were asked not to leave towels on beds but still did.

The really negative was the walk from the airport to taxi. We had to walk uphill to terminal 2.My husband has COPD and it was very difficult. Had we realised the length, we would have made alternative arrangements. Also, a general relaxing area as well as the lobby, particularly if raining would add to the general comfort. Having said that, the experience on the w. hole, was very pleasurable. Many thanks to all.

Unfortunately the location wasn’t great for us as it was at the top of a series of hills. We found the hotel quite expensive. We had booked a suite with poolside view however on arrival we were given a room on upper level with sea view. When I took this up with reception I was told we had been given an upgrade. It didn’t feel like an upgrade to us as we had only a little terrace with 2 chairs & table up a flight of stairs instead of 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs & table on pool level. It was agreed we could have the room we booked but not until the next day. Felt like this delayed the start of our holiday.

All staff were always very pleasant. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The room was spacious & comfortable. A light curtain on patio doors would be a good idea to provide some privacy.

This is such a lovely hotel and the staff are simply exceptional. It was the little touches which we so appreciated - a glass of Cava on arrival, a complimentary bottle in our room and as we had an early flight and would miss breakfast, a cold breakfast was provided for us. The rooms and all the facilities are also beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay in PDC.

This was our third stay in the past 8 years and I just felt the rooms are getting ‘tired’ - scuff marks on walls and furniture- investment needed to maintain the 5 star status.

The staff make this hotel exemplary- one person nicer than the next. Welcome was warm, hotel room changed for better view with no fuss. Pool area very well maintained. Breakfast is delicious. Bar area very welcoming.
