As it is on a street by a plaza, it can be noisy so take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The property is beautiful on the outside and on the inside. The style is a mix of old and new and we loved it. The room we were in was beautiful and had floor to ceiling doors with small balconies overlooking the street. People would stop to take photographs of the hotel and we would wave to them from our balcony 😄. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with information and tips of where to go and what to see. The hotel has a rooftop bar overlooking Roman ruins and parts of the city and it was nice to sit there with a glass of wine both during the day and in the evening. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre and from things to see. There are bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel was really nice. The information provided beforehand with codes for the parking, which is two minutes walk away and secure was very good. You have to download an app to enter but it worked perfectly for us both for the car park and to enter the hotel and room. We enjoyed our stay here.

The property was absolutely beautiful with a magic roof top terrace that looks over the roman excavation site. The staff were fantastic and breakfast served in their restaurant was truly amazing. Well done and we will definitely return.

Parking/access/smart tech If, as the owner of this property, you want to encourage your guests to use smart tech for, parking, building & room access, the very least you can do is endure that your smart tech actually works otherwise all the positive aspects of your property are negated by the fact that your smart tech for parking, building & room access don’t work !

Initial faff with opening doors but once set up it’s super convenient

Great location by San Antonio square with gigantic trees in the old town, close to everything to see and with a Carrefour Express a couple of minutes away. Spacious bedroom and kitchen area with quality appliances (Smeg) and a more than full size fridge freezer. Once you’ve registered with the hotel and figured out how the apartment door handle works the app to unlock parking, building and apartment doors is easy to use. Roof terrace with surprising views. Maria the receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was in a cafe some distance away. It was a bit noisy in the street.

Lovely room and building and they provide tea and coffee and freebies from the fridge. This seems to be the exception for Spain. Excellent bed. Very classy place.

Everything was great

The room was perfectlly decorated and fully suplied and there was a free loaded minibar. The building itself is very chaming and well located in the heart of the old City, very close to the bus station and taxi stop. The employees were all very nice specially María, who was available anytime I needed assistance. The breakfast was served at a charming and tradicional bar named Bar Sol and it was dellicious (I had toast with tortilla on top every day! :))

Think I've covered most things in previous box but one more tip....plants in window boxes and roof terrace could be better looked after\ watered as again this is a big part of their image.

Fabulous location. Shame breakfast wasn't served on the roof terrace, however, it was nice to eat like a local at Bar Sol. Simple but effective breakfast. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Loved the mini bar which we used on the terrace. Nice that toiletries were included but they were basic and could have been more natural\botanical, as the hotel was called Casa de la flores I was expecting some better quality toiletries. Fully understand why they use the key\door app since it's not manned 24hrs, but it was a faff as it didn't always work and we had to keep opening app to get in.

Amazing stay! So central, carpark and breakfast just a short walk away. Maria was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Some bonuses that I didn't know when booking is that there is a roof top bar area with a view of the roman ruins and that the mini bar was included! Would highly recommend, nothing bad to say!
