The location was very difficult to find.

David was extremely helpful as we got lost finding the place. Don't use Google...use waze as they suggested! He also gave us lots of great information. The staff even got our car out of the car park.

We were a couple plus a kid. We got 3 separate single beds, next to each other, which gave the room the feel of the dwarfs house from Snowwhite ;-)

Quite a simple accommodation, with a single windows lookin to the inner courtyard. Clean and well taken care. Very good breakfast served directly at the table (no buffet). Both sweet and savoury options. A car garage is available, which is a great plus in the city center. Garage is small though, and requires some parking/maneuvering skills, especially with big cars. Personnel is very kind and helpfull during parking

Tea and coffee facilities in our room would have been nice.

Miguel and Pedro and Kate(?) were extremely helpful and attentive. On our last morning we were served a special Easter pastry in the bright dining room, delicious. The location is very good, easy walking distance into the old town and we had a great time despite the weather!

No real negatives at all. A kettle in the room would have been the icing on the cake but that also seems to be a feature missing from the other hotels we have visited in Andalusia on this multi city trip and there are plenty of cafes nearby.

The property is excellently located for a short walk to the tourist areas of this beautiful city. The hotel, whilst small, offers high quality and comfortable facilities. The staff at reception were very polite and very helpful and professional. This is a definite recommendation for a short city break. Thank you.

The hotel reception staff gave us a very helpful list of information on the main tourist attractions including recommendations for places to eat. Room was quiet and comfortable and hotel was a reasonable walking distance to the main attractions.

Perfect one night stay. Will return in the future. Superb accommodating service by every staff member. Spotlessly clean throughout. We had an Economy room with a small double - could have upgraded to a bigger bed/room but decided it was fine. We loved it. Only thing we may suggest is to offer slightly better pillows! Cafe for breakfast was also great for our needs. Thank you Pedro and your lovely co-workers

The en-suite bathroom provided no privacy in our room. The big glass door and surrounding wall gave perfect view of the ceramic throne when laying in bed, I felt like my pupper as I was preparing to hold an awkward eye contact whilst laying a log.

Very friendly and helpful staff. During check-in, we were provided with a long list of things to see in and around the city with a brief explanation on each and every location. On-site parking was very useful, though the spaces are quite tight.

Bad sound insulation of the room (you could almost clearly hear your neighbours talking), a little sunken mattresses on the bed and at some point no hot water in the shower.

Great location close to the city centre, very helpful and nice staff, parking place in the basement of the hotel (very useful in the historic centre with crazy traffic), tasty breakfast.

Only real fault with the hotel is that sound insulation between the rooms is not good enough and some reception staff although helpful were not helpful with a smile

Location of the hotel was very good in a quiet area with a 20 minute walk to the mezquita and we all enjoyed having breakfast served to us at the table by the mainly friendly staff

Nothing! An outstanding hotel!

Best service I have ever had in a hotel! Pedro the owner could not do enough to help us and ensure our stay was perfect. He even walked a kilometre with me to where I had parked my hire car so he could bring it to the hotel car park. Just outstanding! He has great local knowledge and ensured we saw everything that we should see in his city. Very friendly and so helpful. Great room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast!
