The area around the pool needs a bit of renovation.

The apartman was well equipped and spacious with a little privet patio. The place is very quiet, very good for a nice relaxing stay.

The price a night i a little bith high in comparing to the bungalow.

We stayed 2 nights. Our bungalow was clean. It was close to a big, unheated swimming pool. There were several other snall wimming pools, a lot of sunbeds and parasols. It is in the south of the island, next to the marine rubicon, which is nice visit and easy to walk to. Around the corner a nice restaurant. There was a living room and kitchen, a spacious clean bathroom with shower and towels: towels for swimming pool available at the reception. The bedroom was spacious with good beds. There is airco in the living room and ventilatirs in the bedrooms. Frindly staff at the reception and restaurant. We had breakfast, which is a varous breakfastbuffet. Enough parkingplaces in front of the reception or at the street. A few good restaurants and a supermarket in the neighboorhood. The location is an oasis of tranquility. A good place to stay.

For the price for an entire bungalow and very decent half board food there wasn’t much not to like about this place!

We had a lovely bungalow with a nice sea view. Everything was clean and well organised . Service in the dining room was wonderful - thank you 🙏🏻 and a lot of effort was made to make us feel comfortable and welcome

Only one downside was the refurb of bungalows, 15 & 16, below ours. Inevitably, we had noise from builders fitting new bathrooms. But mostly, we were out in the day, so it didn't bother us too much. Just couldn't sit out, relax and read etc. On an afternoon, but pool and loungers were a good alternative.

All staff, location, views, breakfast, pool, small bar, quiet, rooms, and facilities. We will return!!

Terrace could do with better shade options e.g. an umbrella. But that's only a minor quibble.

Accomodation was great, with huge terrace, hot tub and own sun loungers. Apartment was spacious, half board food was good.

No advanced menu. Poor quality & size of towels. Soup & porridge not hot enough. Little explanation of how all inclusive worked. Tired gym equipment. Needed one night entertainment.

Spanish & Morrocan mature staff. Relaxed environment. Comfortable beds. Good TV channels in English. Overall food quality. Friendly.

Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable we’ve slept in. Some of the facilities such as the pool table and the table football in the pool bar are a bit tired and need updating. The pool bar closed at 11pm which seemed quite early (when you’re on holiday).

We had a lovely 10 day stay in August . As expected due to the COVID pandemic some facilities such as the gym and spa were unavailable, but we had a very spacious superior bungalow with a hot tub on a huge terrace which made up for that. The food at this hotel is amazing and a real strength and the kitchen and waiting staff work so hard to make sure the experience is first rate. We loved the pool area and it was a novelty to have a self-service bar for the all inclusive guests!

Where do I start?! This was not an all inclusive hotel. Self service bar next to reception from 10am- 6pm. Beer on tap. At the back is a drab, dark room with various spirits (which you had to ask to get topped up when empty) horrible cheap and nasty draft fizzy juice. Ice in a tiny grubby cool box. When asked when we could get served AI drinks we were told the pool bar was open from 6pm. The staff serving in the restaurant had to be buzzed by a bell for service. Staff on bar very grumpy. No indoor bar and cold at night so couldnt sit out. Forced to go back to your room. Didnt see a soul around the pool all week. We had a room with a hot tub which was so old and parts falling off it. It got dirty very quickly. Called reception and they cleaned it. Really needs money spent on upkeep of apartment. Decking broken, door handles falling off. When room cleaned kitchen was never cleaned and glasses from the bar never removed. We did it. Very strange AI restaurant. Very small selection and often ran out of butter, bread and sauces. There was a meat, veg and fish choice daily. Quality varied. Had a gorgeous fillet mignon one night to an awful fatty goulash another.

The hotel was further out than expected. Not as per description. Breakfast was fine. you could get eggs cooked to order.

Terrible customer service. Arrived to be told our room wasn't available due to maintenance and we were to be moved to another hotel. Not even an apology. Was insinuated that as our booking was free cancellation with booking. com we were the lowest priority (so don't book this hotel through booking.com). Asked to see the room, but told no, which I suspect means they had just booked the room and when our free cancellation came due, they had already booked the room so no other availability Stay clear!

Old rotten equipment — not EU conformity safety of many items in the bungalow, some were very dangerous to get serious injuries !

All times the same …. Very limited diversity of option — let’s sumup boring and under average. The island monkeys like it !

Possibly the accommodation looked a bit tired in places (coat of paint) Difficult to find shade for two people at the pool area. Neither of these things detracted from our holiday.

We were half board and all the food was excellent , good quality and plenty of choice. The accommodation was certainly adequate with two bedrooms, lounge-kitchen , bath and two separate showers. The terrace was large with both a covered area for shade if required. Cleaning was done every day. The whole site was kept clean and the staff were polite and friendly. Pool was clean and inviting.

it’s a little to the east of the town. perfect for the quiet and spot on to walk the short distance to the papagayo beach but a little too far to get into the small town by walking but lots of little electric scooters to sort that
