Bathroom was old, without renovation. Air conditionier was very loud and in breakfast juice was almost like water with no flavor, also glases were old and scrached. Parking for extra charge.

Room was new and nice and location was very good. Breakfast offer was nice. And staff was helpfull.

The rooms are a bit tired and lacking in little extras such tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel was very accommodating. I requested rooms close to together as my son has autism and would find it stressful being too far away from us and they place us next door to each other. Also, got a free upgrade to a sea view which was very nice. Breakfast was very good and had everything you would expect from a hotel breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and approachable. The lovely man in the bar sorted out my daughters cocktail and Jessica at the pool bar was great. The room are basic but, clean with fresh towels and excellent maid service every day. Location is close to old town and beach. We said it is a shame there is not a back entrance/exit to the hotel so, you didn't have to walk past the busy round. The tram station is 2mins walk from the hotel so, if you want to venture further it very easy to do so. Thanks for a great stay :)

Location was excellent with bus stop outside hotel entrance. Tram also very close to hotel. Fab shopping centre 5 min walk only. The staff were friendly. Great breakfast buffet with a selection of everything.

They have a lovely indoor bar, but it was not open and we had to sit by the pool with plastic glasses and uncomfortable chairs and shortage of seats. Many people wanted to sit indoors in comfortable chairs with proper glasses

The rooms are very basic but clean. The breakfast is not good - the food is basic, and the juice was watered down considerably. Save yourself the money and get breakfast at a cafe overlooking the ocean a short walk away

The hotel is spotless and the location is brilliant - a short walk to the beach and city centre. Good local amenities. The pool and terrace are great too, and a rarity in central Alicante.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Hotel Maya, check in was quick and easy, friendly receptionists. Room was a good size, clean, comfortable beds, had aircon and a hairdryer, we also had a balcony with a sea view :-) Plenty of choice at breakfast and lovely staff. Lots of sunbeds around the pool, plus an additional area with more sunbeds. Pool bar was good, decent choice for lunch, and clean toilets. Great location, short walk to supermarkets, the beach and many restaurants. Would stay again :-)

They charge for the water in the room each day and they don’t say that at check in. One night we had dinner which is not worth 48€ for 2, and very limited selection, no rice pasta potatoes etc which are usually staples, limited no pork options for Muslims, but the staff was really nice but this hotel I would Recommend just do breakfast.

We loved the staff everyone was very friendly, we loved that every morning when we returned from breakfast our room was already cleaned. The location is great and peaceful sleep as in old town but so close to new town and beach.

Hotel is far from the airport so bear in mind the taxi cost 30Euros. Pool water is cold and very deep so if you are not a good swimmer you can not enjoy and there is no sign for no jump or splash so quite few people were doing it. Water was cold if you don't swim you become cold after 10 minutes. Not enough umbrellas outside for the sunbeds. Second bar was not open inside - not sure why but did not mentioned when we booked the hotel. Night reception staff was not helpful when we arrived.

Breakfast was superb and plenty of choices, morning staff was friendly and polite. Day reception staff was super helpful especially Noellia and Pablo at pool bar. Renting beach towels only for 1 Euro.

Not enough sun umbrellas next to the pool. Old (and several were broken) pool chairs which were not very comfortable. This was disappointing. The pool bar staff were very nice but the cocktails were not that great Artificial grass. No lawnmowing, but artificial grass also gets hot.

Friendly helpful staff. We had a big clean room for our family and felt very comfortable - not at all cramped Outstanding breakfast. Internet connection OK I would stay here again if again in Alicante.

Gym was very small and air con didn't work. Lifts very slow, waited a long time for lifts!

Location was good, easy walk to main town, could also get a bus. So much choice for breakfast, staff very friendly.

Just a tiny point- the pool is a really nice area but it is too small for ball games. Ideally balls should banned. Only a small point because we loved the hotel.

We loved the feel of the hotel. It was bright and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really good. The pool area was lovely; it was tidy and well kept. We could always get a sun lounger. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help. We had a lovely room which was huge, the beds were comfy. There was a beautiful sea view.
