Too much sound from other floors and neighbors we couldn’t sleep, the water didn’t have a steady temperature and it was or too hot or too cold and we didn’t have a fridge in the room

Sofa bed in living room is not comfortable, it had a very worn thin sheet on top which came off all the time as the surface of the sofa is leather (ish) i asked for a replacement or extra sheet but didn’t happen. For 6 nights was not good enough.

Only two coffee capsules were provided with the Nespresso machine. Given the price we payed and that it was two of us staying two nights, it felt like inappropriate and a rather cheap treatment. The room wasn't sufficiently sound proofed as at night we could hear noise from the neighbours above which kept us awake. To add to that, one night there was a strange noise – similar to a boiler or some sort of a hydraulic pump – which went on for about one hour non-stop. It was hard to tell from where it was coming but it certainly was not a pleasant experience. Finally, the receptionist wasn't as friendly as one would hope, which given the standards this place presents itself, was a bit disappointing.

The property is well located in to one of the main streets of the city which has access to transport and has plenty of amenities around. The room was decently equipped and both bathroom and toilet were provided with the basics. Air conditioning was available though not necessary.

There was no electricity when we got there we were told the card for the electricity was in the room but actually not there. Had to turn on my roaming just to contact them as it was already after their office hour and their whatsapp only available during office hour. The washroom door handle came off although the guy at the housekeeping came right away and offered to fix it right away. The shower water you have to keep adjusting as it gets cold all of sudden or really hot

Frying pan scratch so badly that you can’t use. Only 2 bin bags and 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 people for 3 nights not enough. No door or any blinds between living room and bedroom so no privacy at all. Front door between corridor and kitchen has big gaps so you can see all the lights and can hear all the noice from the neighbours.

Good location, lots of shops and restaurants around. Good for max 2 night stay

Air-conditioning only in one of the rooms, also once they shut it down remotely for no reason. Smell of neighbours cooking coming through the kitchen extractor. We had to make one of the beds on our arrival. Nobody came to clean during our 5 nights stay, we had to request fresh towels which were provided later. Windows of the bathroom face both bedrooms so at night when someone turns the light in the bathroom it lits both bedrooms. The hotel is actually just two floors of a building that houses also other hotels and hostels.

The location is very good, a nice restaurant across the street, nearby 24/7 kiosk, bus stops and supermarkets. Our apartment had all the necessities in the kitchen. Kind staff.

To enter the building you need to know the code, which was not send in a message. We were waiting for someone to come inside/outside to enter the building! I chose this appartment for 3 nights stay because of the kitchen and ability to cook. But there were no oil to cook, no spices like it usually stays after other people. The frying pan is awfully scratched, so it is dangerous for your health to cook on it. No wonder it is scratched, because a spatula and a spoon are made of iron. There is a dishwasher, but they left only 2 tablets and 2 trash bags - definitely not enough for 4 days. The same about tea bags and coffee - 2 of each. It was said on the rules that if these things are not enough, we should buy them on our own. The iron and ironing desk were not in the room, I had to ask for them at the reception. Take into account that there is no door between a bedroom and a living room/kitchen. We are a family of 3, so it was not comfortable for us as a couple.

The neighborhood is good, in a walking distance to some tourist attractions, grocery stores and bus stops.

The walls are super thin. We could hear everything from outside. Some guests were banging on the main entrance at 2 AM in the night and it was not so peaceful. The staff is available only for a short period of time which creates problems like other guests getting stuck outside. I hope in future this problem is solved.

Its in the central location with many shopping spots around and cafes. If you travel by public transportation, this is the best option.

Lack of daylight. The only window is very little and daylight does not touch it. There are none images in the property listing which are actual of the room. They are mostly from the floor entrance. The bed was not solid, but extendable lite bed. The pillow was constantly falling back between the bed and the wall.

It was clean. It has own toilet and shower which is usually not available for similar priced alternative locations.

The toilet!!!! It was the loudest and would scream every minute if you ran the sink or the shower. It was horrible.

The only bad thing is about the bathroom, the air vent did not function so it was difficult to air the room.

The room was big and comfy, we were in 4 (1 bed and 1 sofa bed), and we had no problems for space. The staff have been so available and kind. We have also used luggage storage, a really valuable and convenient option.

The apartment we had on the first night was beautiful and very spacious with a great kitchen and shower! It was very clean and nicely decorated. It felt luxurious to be in that room and in that location and we looked forward to having the same room on the 2nd night as well (since we had the room booked for 2 nights). Unfortunately, on the 2nd night we came back to the apartment and the lights didn't work at all. We were tired after a long day of being out and about and wanted to make a nice dinner and go out again, but instead, we had to pack up and move all of our things out to a different apartment which felt like a downgrade from the room we had and it put a damper on the experience. I know these things can't always be helped and it was probably a fluke, but it was a drag for us. I would still recommend booking this facility, because it was a decent place overall, but I also would have liked to have had a price adjustment due to this big inconvenience.
