At 19:15 I couldn't enter the restaurant and have dinner because it didn't have a free table. I had to wait about 30 minutes. The bed is not a double bed but two single beds joined together

Location is great, many restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops and beach within a short walk. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. There are 3-4 lines which takes you to Palma for 2 euros in cache. Breakfast and dinner are with many choices and for vegetarian people. There are many kind of plant based milks, vegetables and fruits. Our room had a great sea view

When we arrived, at the apartment was blocked sink, no one took care of it during whole period. The apartment floor was very dirty with a lot of hair and we asked to send the cleaning lady for 3 times and even the she came to apartment at least 2 times it didn't help, seamed that she was picking put every time just one hair on the floor. The floor remained dirty during all the period of our stay - they just don't clean the mop and transfer the hairs from the room to room I guess. Also we had to pay extra 18 EURO for the keys from the safe, which we didn't like.

The hotel is located next to the sea side. The breakfast and dinner is very rich.

No tea/coffee facilities in rooms Told to change by a member of staff at the restaurant for wearing a beach cover up to breakfast, I understand this is a restaurant but it is the beginning of the day ready to spend time around the pool/beach and most guests were in very small shorts/skirts etc which didn’t leave much to the imagination also

My only tiny issue was the pillows. They were a bit firm and too thick for me.

Hotel was in a great location. We had a fantastic sea view. The room was cleaned every day and was immaculate. Great to have air con. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The staff at reception could have been more pleasant and welcoming. The bike rental was overpriced.

Not many cooked veggie options. But other good selection. No coffee or tea in bedrooms.

It was close to airport, with friendly staff. We had a breakfast with many options. Only stayed overnight and then moved on. Would stay again!

Maids came in the room too early in rooms opening the doors at 8am Pillows was memory foam but not for us unfortunately.

Check in was poor - kept waiting for 20 mins after a long flight while the receptionist tried to placate another guest. Another receptionist just ignored us.

Hard to criticise because everything was nice. The AC was a little difficult to figure out. As mentioned the dinner didn’t look as impressive as the breakfast did (I only checked once). They should maybe state the prices for the massage/spa on the website

The bed, soooo soft I loved it. It’s not the biggest room, but the chair and view on the balcony makes up for it. The shower pressure was decent. The gym is basic and ok. The breakfast is brilliant but I wasn’t impressed with the dinner. Be advised the retirees are very good at waking up early to take most of the sun beds for the day. The location of the bus stop is directly outside, which is very convenient. And the beach is only a couple minutes walk away

Room wasn’t all that clean. Bed not the most comfortable, pillows even worse.

The view from the 8th floor was great, so was the shower. Staff was very friendly.
