Perfect location, easy access to the hotel from the airport (via Aerobus) and Barcelona Sants train station. Ainhoa and Bruno who manages Izaila, are very helpful and always ready to answer questions. Easy to communicate, fast to response. I was upgraded to a room with a view and though it faces the street, the sound-proofing works well and I was able to sleep easy. Room was clean and spacious and bed is comfortable. Izaila has an elevator as well, so it's easy for guests with heavy luggages. I was able to walk to all tourists attractions, and El Corte Inglés is just directly opposite. I was so happy with Izaila that I decided to book another two nights with them. Highly recommend.

In this basic and welcoming structure, we found everything we needed: a comfortable bed to sleep in, cleanliness, helpful staff and a strategic location. the only downside is the WiFi : if you want to work from the hotel, better think of other options or find a co-working. we struggled even to browse the web or send messages on whatsapp… :(

The location is great: very close to all the most interesting areas and just 2 minutes from the subway. the bed was comfortable and the place overall very clean! the host Ainhoa was exceptionally friendly and helpful, thank you for making our stay comfortable and great:)

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and comfortable! Also, the location is super convenient. You can walk to the historic center and shopping district, many restaurants and bars around! Bruno, the host, was so nice with the best recommendations and guides we really enjoyed his company! Totally recommended!

That there was not a 24 hours clerk at the desk.

They have got all the facilities you can have in 4 or 5 stars menos the restaurant that we didn't need. We would rather prefer a 24 hours clerk at the desk but it was o.k. with all the attention we got. Both Ienoa y Bruno were super cooperative and they tried to help us a lot. The location is also fabulous.

Wonderful location and property - the staff was super helpful and friendly too, and recommended local eateries and areas. It was our anniversary and they kept a complimentary bottle of wine in our room - small gesture but it really made our stay so much more special.

The location is right in the centre and there's convenience store and restaurants just next door. The staff were all so lovely and very helpful. They genuinely care about you and really want you to enjoy your stay. I will book with them again and I highly recommend them to my friends and families.

The only negative would be the noise at weekend from the street below but it's not on all night (and only an issue if you're a light sleeper)

This is a quaint boutique style hotel with 8 rooms.. The room I was assigned was decent sized with a balcony facing the city.. Location was terrific just at the center of placa catalunya filled with restaurants,bars,shopping street/malls,metro/subway/airport bus stop and walking distance 15-20 mins to some of the tourist attractions .. absolutely loved everything at the hotel .. the host was a very cheerful and helpful lady who gave us some good recommendations .. Overall the best experience in Barcalona.. do not miss the opportunity to stay at Izaila when in Barcalona ..
