The chair in the room is extremely uncomfortable. Lighting is also awkward so working in the room was hard. Luckily the bar area is open until late with tables and better chairs. The bathroom also needs a little bit of refurbishing in the shower area, its quite worn out. The hotel advertises a gym but to be honest, this room is too small and poorly equipped. The hot pool and sauna is right next door, makes the room very humid and hot. There were 4-5 machines (treadmill, elliptic etc.). but at least 2 did not work. The gym was a little bit of disappointment.

Good hotel, especially for easy access to the highway. Very close to the airport and a shopping mall. Parking is very convenient. The pool access of the first floor rooms were nice and had outside seating. The bar is open until 23 and has reasonable prices. All in all, good place for short business stays.

I found a hair in my towel. There was an empty plastic bottle in the cabinet. And the staff were not very friendly, they never explained anything, and answered the questions I asked here on booking reluctantly like I’m not very smart

The wifi in my room was so bad that I had to make a hotspot with my phone. The location is quite far from the city centre which is a pity. And also from the train station.

There was a pool - but it was raining. So I could not use it. The room are very quiet, the breakfast was nice.

The pool area was beautiful, though we did not have time to use the facilities. The entrance was nicely decorated with beautiful art. It was clean and comfortable.

Location is not great, and some fittings and walls could do with a facelift - a little bit shabby.

Comfortable enough for one night - wouldn’t stay longer. Reception staff were excellent, and great parking.

You can use the internal pool only one hour per day. Even if it's empty and nobody is waiting for it. This is so sad. They should be more flexible :( The breakfast was good but they need more varieties. Specially with sweets.

The outdoor pool area is outstanding and the main selling point. Comfortable room with patio access to pool. Nothing compares for the price. Nice bars restaurants in easy walking distance

Great hotel with a resort vibe to stay when visiting or passing through Madrid. The check in process was quite fidgety and took longer than usual, so did check out. The pool was nice and big.

The hotel is a very clean, well kept hotel, located close to the new Oasis Shopping Centre. The swimming pool is lovely in summer, and staff are polite and friendly.

Wi-fi was very poor in the room. Room a bit dated.

Nice sized room, great balcony, aircon fab, parking easy, close to motorway & 10 min walk to a choice of restaurants. Pool lovely to cool off in after a long day.
