We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFor me, the curtains need to be upgraded as the street lighting keeps the room very light and I had difficulty getting to sleep.
A very warm welcome and absolutely lovely hosts. This hotel is a little “Gem” especially for those who like family style accommodation. Its peaceful and pleasant, yet in a great location for the beaches and “Old Town”. The room was very clean and comfortable and reflected the budget/cost of the room. I would say ideal for a family on a budget, who just want peace and quiet within easy walk of everywhere. I would / will go back at some time.

There was no breakfast . owner were friendly but I charged £324 for four nights. I stay in the pension la orca in June and paid £187 so for being in the next street I was charged £148 for the same facilities.my two mates who booked a easy jet holiday staying at the fanschu by the Hotel ambassador .less than me and were on half board less learn is to book a package holiday

Sabby and her family and colleagues were amazing. Is it the best hotel in town? Probably not unless you place more emphasis on the quality of service over amenities. I could not fault the attention to customers and the engagement from the whole team. Rooms are clean and reasonably sized with working Air con. Far enough into old town to not be disturbed at night but close enough to access everything. myself and Paul enjoyed our stay.

ItalyVery central, quiet street though in the middle of old city, beach walking distance. Superkind multi-lingual owners make you feel at home. Rooms just like your granny’s place, wardrobe, desk… All in all, oldish but cosy and pleasant, all spotless clean, there’s a lounge at the reception where they sell drinks and coffee. Bathroom small but efficient, shower in half-tub, hot water no problem. There are stairs, no lift. Also, if you drive, best ask the hotel about parking, it's the old city and you may not find any close by.
