* Pools not so big given the size of the hotel; for family some pools are not accessible too * Beach are pretty but small so it gets packed really quickly * Indoor pool like a bunker

Prices in local shops are too high, the playground wasn't free,the sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Room was basic and dated but still comfortable and cleaned 5 out of 7 days. The pool has some debris in it a few days, it was a bit windy but it seemed like it should be cleaned more frequently.

Great family hotel with lots for young kids, lovely views of the sea and beach from the adjacent property.

No entertainment the first two nights so went elsewhere which meant I didn't bother to watch the entertainment so you didn't get the drinks revenue Book exchange there was a small one but the staff I asked didn't know it existed Position of the room big hedge outside balcony restaurant terrace beyond and entrance steps to one side, so wasn't happy sitting on the balcony

The Apartment was little run down and seemed like it was not improved quite some time. Two single beds put together as one, so bed was always drifting away opposite sides leaving big space in the middle. The kitchen is equipped very basic.

Family friendly resort near beach and with some outdoor pools. The resort is quite big and has very good location. It has everything you need for family vacation. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The apartment has big balcony and very good wifi.

Large and very nice complex with several accesses to the bays and the sea and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Nearby are many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the bus stop and bike hire.

The hotel's rooms directly next to us were being renovated so had to listen that during the day. Parking is nearly impossible. Had to drive around for about 1/2 hour to find somewhere.

Inturotel Hotels in Cala D'or have excellent amenities, are clean, with friendly helpful staff. Love the little beaches although crowded as expected. Breakfast buffet has huge amount of options.

A lot of families with small children visited this place so it can get loud in the dining area - but this is not very disturbing when you’re used to that.

They had switched heating in rooms off as now summer mode has they class it, but it was freezing on an evening in the rooms, this was the only negative point about the whole holiday

Amazing location beautiful views from our room. Room was brand new very spacious shower was amazing. Kitchen area was a real bonus. Small supermarket built into hotel,entertainment put on at hotel entertainment area even in April which was another plus. The restaurants on the main strip are 2 mins away. Just a great great place

I couldn’t get a coffee anywhere on property before 10am.

Staff were super friendly and professional including cleaners & restaurant staff. Loved the beach & the beach bar, big space and lots to do. Very close to town and wonderful restaurants. If your a sea swimmer this is the place to be :)

Two single beds put together not comfortable, double bed would have been a great improvement. Lamp above dining table too low and in the way. Safe didn't work. Would have preferred information on notice boards rather than on the app as WiFi created difficulty accessing the information.

Beautiful beaches and coves easily accessible. Comfortable sun loungers. Pleasant staff. Good hot showers.

Was a shame we didn’t know about additional charges for the safe, the iron, beach towels, and sports facilities as we could have factored this in advance. No microwave but had a hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge so worked well for us.

Self catering apartment was clean, had everything we needed so no complaints at all. Facilities were great, mini golf and pool bar were excellent.
