The panoramic elevators have a programming issue. If you called the elevator to the 5th floor it first went to the 6th and then came to the 5th. No one called it to the 6th, it was just a bug in the code. Not a big issue, just mildly irritating.

The hotel needs some maintenance work. It is hard to sleep at night, the AC sounds like a traktor engine. I had to use excessive force to get into the room, my wife had no success to open the door by herself.(room 347).The parking which costs €10 per day is on a dust- field. You need to clean your shoes after visiting the parking lot, not to say that your car will be dirty outside and inside.

We were asked if we were staying in the hotel when we asked where the pool was located which we thought was a bit rude.

Breakfast was good, standard buffet style with lots if options. Pool, jacuzzi and ping pong so plenty of things to keep you occupied. Close to the beach.

Reception staff was a little bit rude. We used to go to another hotel for having fun, as in this hotel music was not as we wish we had.

We didn't like the bar in the hotel at all. The drinks there are overpriced and the cocktails are absolute scams: little to no alcohol in them and the standard recipes are not met. If you would stay there - just avoid the bar and you will be grand! Hopefully, there are a lot of different places where to go around for a proper drink.

The location is great - close to the sea and away from the crowded streets and loud DJs. Also close to the train station (10 min walking). We took the room with breakfast included and found that very fresh and tasty.

The beds made a weird noise when you move in it. He hotels nearby made a lot of noise at night but it was acceptable. Bring water shoes if you were to feel unconfortble stepping on small stones. It wanst a fine sand beach.

Such a beautiful resort hotel. Everything was so nice, the people, the room, the location. The breakfast was fantastic value with fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, you name it, it was on offer. We also enjoyed the buffet style dinner. And they even have a special room for bicycles with a full assortment of tools, air pump and bike stand for repairs.

We arrived at the beginning of April. Even though it was pre-season, Santa Susana was bustling with life. Cafes, restaurants and shops welcomed guests, just like in the high season. The hotel is beautiful, with a beautiful garden full of the colours of the sun. The swimming pool inside, which we used every day, was clean and heated. The staff was very nice, especially the staff at the bar, where I had the best pinacolada in my life and at the restaurant. Special thanks go to Isabel, Maria Helena /makes the best omelette/ and Cristobal and Kate. The hotel is very clean, beautifully equipped, with great taste. We are currently booking a summer vacation for the whole family. I highly recommend it. A choice for everyone for breakfast and lunch.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel and room was significantly nicer compared to the facilities around us. Very nice and helpful staff. Whether it be the smiling cleaning lady or the friendly cooks and wait staff in the restaurant. However, we were absolutely thrilled with the perfect animation team that guided us through various activities throughout our stay. As I wrote before, the resort is beautiful, but these people give it soul. As our friend Helios told us, "These animators are so good man". 10 aplausos for these people. Čau, čau, Mickey mouse. Overall the hotel seems fine but overpriced, as we expected to see something way too more comfortable and fancy for the price we paid. The hotel is extremely noisy. If your room is looking at the pool, you'll have disco noise inside it (even if the window is closed) till midnight. It's also quite old (despite it was refurbished), so the rooms are very tiny and you don't have enough space for comfortable storage (like we didn't have proper closet), beds are "economy class", so we had back pain after staying there for some days. There were also no plugins next to the beds in our rooms, which was extremely inconvenient.

Personal of the hotel (especially in canteen) is very friendly. The hotel is situated close to bus stop and not far from train station. Evening program and entertainment for kids was good (especially flamenco show).
