Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBathroom didn't have a proper door on it - not an issue for us but it would be for some... The restaurant has been moved from the terrace where it's been for years to the side garden which was a disappointment, not sure if this is permanent or a temporary change but if you're expecting Pikes as it used to be then this might be unwelcome.
Iconic hotel, we've been to eat and dance here several times before but this was our first stay. Our room was right near Freddie's which suited us perfectly as we were there for events, but if you don't quite know what Pikes is about this might be a bit of a shock. Our two nights in Freddie's were superb, the pool area was remarkably quiet for August during the day, the room weas really comfortable and most importantly for the time of the year the AC was fierce, the staff were marvellous as always, and we had a brilliant stay here. And the age limit gives it a much more comfortable, friendly vibe for people over 30 than a lot of the other hotels in Ibiza. We will be back.

Probably the 4 best days of my life. A wonderful and utterly unique place. The service was impeccable - staff were extremely friendly and fun, like being with your friends, but also professional and helpful. The facilities and gardens were fantastic. The vibe and laid-back atmosphere was just perfect. I could not recommend it highly enough and cannot wait to go back.

ItalyI loved everything about it as it was exactly what I expected. If you are looking for a pristine and luxurious Instagram perfect location, I bet you will find faults.
Such a special place! The vibe is cool while not being pretentious or uptight, which is so refreshing and heartwarming. The staff is exceptional, from the reception to the bar and the restaurant staff, which I really rate (had dinner there both nights I stayed and I loved it!) Of course as an hotel guest you are automatically on the guest list for Freddie, which is hands down the place to be in Ibiza if you want a more personal experience out of clubbing and you’re happy to have a chat with interesting and friendly people between one sweaty dancing session and the other. Breakfast is good, you can have a tasty lunch by the pool and I really liked that I was still able to chill by the pool after checking out. Also amazing idea to provide every room with a refillable glass bottle and provide unlimited water (you will need it after the night’s debauchery!) By the second morning the staff was calling me by my name and I really felt a bit homesick when it was time to say goodbye! I’ll definitely be back soon!

AustraliaParty palace did not disappoint and we had a ball. Included a flamenco performance with a trip-hop twist. Excellent cocktails but felt the wait staff had a bit too much haughty in attitude at times. Loved the details of design and artworks across the resort. Rooms could do with a few practical improvements & a bit of a touch up and if you’re staying above Freddys you’ll be dancing in your sleep😆💃🏻🥂 Loved it!
