Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainRoom overlooked a noisy street which made it a bit difficult to sleep but not terrible. Would have liked a better electrical outlet solution than the extension cord - e.g., USB outlets next to the bed. But we came prepared and were able to make the existing situation work for us.
Clean, modern facility with very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect for walking around in the city and accessing the Bilbao-Abando train station and the Intermodal bus terminal. Neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good value for money during peak tourist season.

IrelandRoom quite small & sparsely furnished. Everything had to stay in suitcase on floor because there was nowhere else to put case & difficult to get to hangers. Also 2 people sharing room but only one chair provided Very squeaky door, air conditioning not great, opened window to get air & on 3rd night of stay got badly bitten by mosquitoes.
Breakfast was excellent, easy to walk everywhere. Good shower. Good environmental ideas, cold water cooler & bottle provided, recycling bins on each floor.

SpainI think the room was too small for two people. Ventilation and humidity were a bit of an issue. Breakfast buffet would benefit from some better organization (take plate, then take bread, then toppings).
Location was ok. About 10-15 walk to Moyua but a bit longer walk to Old town and Abando. Quite near to San Francisco neighbourhood whis is not the best. The room would have been OK for 1 person but too tight for 2. There were sockets only on one side of the bed. Breakfast was ok, though it was a bit confusing to find all the ingredients as they were not organized in a logical way.
