We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere was no additional extras like tea or coffee, which would of been nice. Parking was also overpriced. Reception wasn't that helpful when we had a problem with room.
For the price, the rooms were of good size and had the required bathroom and toilet. I would recommend for a one night stay but not much longer. There was a restaurant downstairs with a bar but the prices were quite high. The location was good for a quick stop off from the freeway. Additionally, there was two supermarkets located nearby.

FranceWhilst downstairs has been modernized the upstairs is old style Ibis. The restaurant food was poor and a very limited choice was available. No chips, not possible to have a cheese sandwich, just a ham and cheese? No fruit for breakfast within the first hour? The worst Ivis restaurant that we’ve ever used. We’d booked the hotel to enjoy dinner and the Ibis breakfast which is usually great.

The location for getting on/off AP7, was brilliant. Across the road is a public walk with paths if you have pets or want to be surrounded by trees. Which worked well for us as we had a dog with us on our travels/ The breakfast and restaurant food was good, for the price and stay which was comfortable, I would highly recommend.
