We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThis is no fault to the hotel - just a consideration if you are staying for one night before flying out. The taxi rates around barcelona are fairly high and cost ~40 euros each way.
Bed was very comfy. We just stayed for 1x night before an early flight out the next morning. We liked that the hotel is walking distance to the train so you can explore sitges or barcelona and the lovely front desk staff organized our taxi which was nice.

Hotel was in a very good location near the train station. The Employee was very polite. Room and bed were very big. Breakfast was good, I can say the only difference from the same hotel in Barcelona, they didn't have fresh orange juice. Great recommendation if you need to stay one night and continue your traveling because it is near the train station and big supermarkets.

NetherlandsIt's not adequate for a long stay. There aren't any kettles, microwaves or utensils in the room. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby to make up for it though.
Location is great. I've stayed at this Ibis several times. I travel to this area of Spain to attend events at ICFO and this hotel is very close to a nice mall, several supermarkets and Castelldefels center while being close to ICFO. There are bus lines close by to get to the beach or to the airport. Staff are always nice and friendly. The rooms are modern minimal and clean.

PolandThe hotel is situated near a shopping centre and two supermarkets which was very convenient for us as we never have breakfasts at hotels. It's easy to get to the centre or the beach by car/motorbike. The area seemed safe and calm. The staff were very helpful, we even were able to check-in a bit earlier than the standard time. The room was very comfortable and clean. In my opinion this hotel is good value for money.

Hong KongWe chose this hotel because we wanted to be on the outskirts of Barcelona and because it offered parking for the hire car. We were happy with our choice. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the train station (about a 10 minute walk) and there are frequent trains into the city centre. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenient shopping options (Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour etc..). The small town of Castelldefels is nice to explore. Whilst we didn't go to the beach area, it is close by.

United StatesOne evening we didn't want to go out so had pizza at the hotel - very undercooked.
Room was very adequate and comfortable, but very minimal in decor, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety, very clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Lots of shopping (mall) and grocery stores in short walking distance.
