We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ambience, decor, breakfast, cleanliness, terrace, the hand bidet, the staff were lovely, pool, location is great, really the whole thing was lovely. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a hammam. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for the Hamam, but it was a sweet gesture.

IrelandThe hotel tries to oversell constantly with upgrades being openly being marketed in the main foyer/reception. We can understand the reasons why but it actually becomes uncomfortable. We arrived at 2am in the morning after a delayed flight and despite being noticably tiered etc. we got the hard sell on upgrades etc. which we certainly did not need at that hour of the day, if at all.
The hotel itself was extremely comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast. Food at the hotel was very good and the staff very friendly and happy to help.

Location and room were excellent. The Administrator Christina Maya gave us the best room with a great sea view. She made all the best what she could to make our vacation great. All the staff is great. Special thanks to Jorge ( barmen). Great job We used the option for all inclusive breakfast. It's -super! Great selection of food. Great service. Exceptionally clean place. The linen were changed every day. Great coffee!

United KingdomUnfortunately there was a group of around 15 people, I think on some sort of business trip. There were loud and overly noisy at night sitting in the outside bar area in the pool area. Due to the pool area being quite and acoustics the noise echoed around and they stayed out late night after night. Not the hotels fault but, they could have been asked the group to keep the noise level down.

CanadaRoom service was terrible. Ordered dinner which arrived over two hours later. Booking reported only the adult on the booking, not the children so the hotel kept trying to charge me additional large sum.
Room was great. The hotel is great. We enjoyed the pool. Beach access is relatively close. Children loved the little pools through out the hotel with fish and turtles.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. The rooms were spacious, and spotlessly clean. The common areas like the lobby, gym, and pool were all very well-maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and I look forward to returning on my next trip.
