Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Receptionist's directions to the train station(s) turned out to be not very helpful... especially as google maps suddenly stopped working on the way that particular morning...and asking for directions from locals was funny in retrospect as each of them seemed to point into different directions... should have taken one of the buses departing from the central bus interchange. In the end I had to take a taxi to Hendaye as I didn't want to miss my Intercity train...
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location close to a great local bar ("Sebastopol") also close to the central areas and the coast. Wonderful breakfast on the ground level

United StatesOur bed was two twins. Pushed together. Individual sheets. I asked for a top pad to make them a queen. But they could not accommodate.
Great location, Staff, Breakfast. Parking was private and close—26 euros per night. We had a corner room—there were only three of them—but it was worth the extra cost. There was lots of light, and the bathroom had a nice new look.

The welcome at reception was fantastic. The room was nicely designed and there was a good shower. The location is the real star as it was very convenient to get to from the bus station and also very close to the old town of San Sebastian with all the best restaurants and bars. You will love staying in this town!
