Didn't find staff very friendly, apart from reception staff. Had 3 different pools to chose from, depending on what time you went down for breakfast there could be alot of uncleared dirty dishes on the tables and hard to find somewhere clean to sit

Breakfast was very basic to say the lease and felt rushed as it was so busy, with no individual tables only large tables so you end up fighting for a place to sit Parking is really difficult in the local vicinity and the hotel charge €15 a day to park in their car park

Hotel itself is very dated. We also had a bad smell from the drain in our room. The tiles on the balcony were broken and the rooms are extremely plain.

When its dinner and breakfast time it is like you are in a hunting place. You need to hunt for your table and before that you have to wait like 30mins before you can enter the restaurant.

The room was too basic, no fridge or kettle. We had to pay for the fridge, there were not enough sockets to plug the fridge and they just dumped it and left. The AC did not work. We complained, and technicians were sent a few times but had no luck and no communication. The phone in the room did not work, so you can't even ring the reception.

The food wasn't bad, there is something for everyone.

couldn’t get a drink before 9am with all inclusive. coffee machine was shut off till 9am. This is not good enough, especially for travellers who are leaving the hotel for early flights, not being able to get a drink. not as nice as other h.top hotels we have stayed in.

Thin walls, you can hear neighbors. It is a big hotel, so there are a lot of people and it gets rather noisy and crowded during the breakfast time.

It’s has good location, next to the supermarket. the rooms are simple and tidy. We had a lovely Mountain View. Good variety of food for breakfast.

Made the mistake of booking while they hosted a UK youth soccer camp. Lots of kids running around, being loud and obnoxious, mostly unsupervised. The room was supposedly clean but I'd say no one had been in there since before the cov shutdown. Housekeeping disregarded the do not disturb sign on multiple occasions, and at some point the sign disappeared. There's a dance/nightclub next door so it's definitely fun for some but not so much for those who just want a chill, restful vacation. Small beachtown so location isn't redeeming since everything is walking distance to the beach.

The enamel bath surface needs replacing and a new shower curtain would be a cheap improvement to make as shower curtains are old and discoloured.

The refurb has improved the outside areas and the bedrooms a lot.

The hotel has everything you need, breakfast was really good. Hotel staff were extremely helpful.

I only arrived today and all l've seen are hundreds of children/teenagers. I'm just back in after having a few drinks 10:10pm as was travelling since 2am. The whole outside and inside chicks with kids. When I managed to get the room at 2pm and checked out the balcony, I was greeted with about 50 or more teens on balconies mine overlooks screaming and shouting it was raining today l've seen reviews they're usually in the pool) I am travelling alone for a relaxing holiday after working long hrs in a demanding job. The last thing I want is to be in a hotel full of children (I don't have my own for a reason) there should be a warning when booking this hotel. There are 2 lifts. One small and one even smaller (1 person job) on my block alone there are 240 rooms. There is an adjoining building. So expect to queue to use it. The rooms are the most basic I have ever seen. There are two chairs on the balcony but no table. There are no doors on the clothes storage. The tv has a remote with Netflix button but doesn't work (happy enough to log into my own) There's no net curtain so you have to block out the whole of the light closing the curtain after using the shower unless you get dressed in the bathroom first due to being so overlooked. The plugs are weird as they are right beside the light switch. If you need to use the adapter you can't plug it in and have the light on at the same time. The toilet moves when you sit on it and I thought there was someone in my bathroom when someone pulled the flush next door because it can be so easily heard due to the thin walls. Room 604 I turned on the aircon (which isn't bad) but got a stench of sewerage in the room. I left 2 days early

The only positive I can think of is the location. It's a 5-7 min walk to everything you need including the beach.

I had to do the check-out at 10am, I think this is way too early. They made you pay 30€ more for late check-out. The hotel is a bit old and the room wasn't very well maintained. I think the price I paid doesn't match the service that I got.
