Minuses: Missing minibar where you can put food to be cooling. Very noisy rooms, due to thin walls or something. We heard everything what was happening in the neighbouring rooms, tv, talks, sleeping noises even morning alarms. Very hard to fall asleep due to this. Only 3 elevators, for so many people, we were waiting really long. Breakfast were very poor comparing the dinners. No salads, nothing local, nothing special, only ham, cheese eggs and 3 types of bacis vegetables, sometimes even no olives. No honey for the tea. And if you are gluten free rather to bring your own one bread. That one which they offer is not eatable at all. Next are the Mercadona shop where they have better bread. Teas again not many options, no even green tea. For 4 stars hotel we expected better breakfest.

Pluses: We really enjoyed the little wellness on the roof. There are 3 jacuzzi, bar and many sunbeds. So even if the sea is not so hot for swimming, you can spend some time here. Swimming pool is also good and nice. Especially we appreciated the hotel dinners. So many special foods, deserts and local specialities to enjoy. Even soups. Those were great. Also the balcony lights are mild and respecting sleeping of anyone. Many hotels in Spain have very strong light on balcony which you can not switch off so based on this we selec the hotel. Rooms are big, not so hot even during summery. Staff was kind.

Rooms need to be more soundproof. Not as close to the beach as expected.

Locating family with small kids in room just above junk collection point. Around midnight they came to collect rubbish and made a lot of noise , waking up both kids. After month I still didn’t get an invoice for stay!!!

Our door was broken, never fixed, multiple times the card failed to work and i had to go down as a result. The lifts are few and far between and honestly for a hotel of its size a horrible situation, many times us and multiple others just resulted to stairs.. which is an issue if you are say elder, with kids or with heavy baggage.. The gym is basically from 1967 and i'm surprised they can even legally state they have a gym :D

The restaurant food is really very good for the price you pay. It's far from fine dining but has many options, good ones at that, loads for even the fussiest of eaters and all of the waiting staff/chefs are very helpful/friendly. The kids club is great , though a little annoying its not open more hours. The pool(s) and jacuzzi etc too are great

We hired the sauna service and the hot tub was actually kinda cold and the sauna only went up to 60 degrees. The food was good but not too much variety, for breakfast I missed some cured ham or chorizo or other cold cuts than mortadela and ham.

Two double beds are great for when one of the two of the couple wants to sleep and the other doesn't and both toss and turn in bed

- elevator, not good! - room insulation is so poor that one can hear snoring from next room... you can hear pretty much all loud conversation from next room, totally unacceptable. - this is not a 4 star hotel, it cannot be a 4 star hotel as advertised... - no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. - basic bathroom, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. - pretty tight room.

Even tho I loved the staff and enjoyed everything in general, I don't think the hotel is a 4*. There's no fridge in the room by default, we gotta pay 3€/day to have it; the rather basic gym (but there's a private owned gym 5mins away) and spa only available if booked and only for 45 minutes slots; there's no private parking. Again, great experience and quality/price ratio but not a 4* hotel

The staff is super nice, reception, dinning room, cleaners. I'm a vegetarian and even tho everything in the buffet has fish or meat, they prepared something specially for me every single dinner. Anything u need, they'll do the extra mile to accommodate. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, local gym, main strip, massive supermarket across the road

The room lacks some basic amenities like a little fridge, a kettle, a cup - essentially there's jus a bedroom with a TV and a bathroom. What disappointed most though was the quality of food served for breakfast. I prefer eating healthy and had little to choose from. Ended up eating my own food on modt of the days. Even some wider fresh fruit selection would be very welcome.

Helpful staff at the reception, clean rooms, convenient location, nice view from the balcony, not overpriced.
