Food was average, and sometimes in short supply, breakfast was by far the worst, too many people wating for food to be cooked, basic breakfast food. Although most bar staff were decent some looked down on you when you mentioned all inclusive (they treat you like your a second class citizen} poor show as this made us feel awkward) considering that the All inclusive drinks were very poor quality, including the Cocktails.

Not much to be honest, the pool only had 20-30 sun beds, same people on beds all week, hundreds disappointed.

The pool was too small for the hotel's capacity. The hotel provides sun beds at the beach but the number is limited and you have to wait in the morning in a queue to get a ticket. Also the restaurant is not big enough for the number of guests and there is also a queue to get in the restaurant.

The car park was convenient and secure. The food delicious and versatile. The hotel clean.

The hotel is old and needs some renovation. The air conditioning in our room was out of order. No teapot, cups, glasses in the room. The staff at the reception wasn't very friendly. We wanted more information and didn't get it and received only one key for the room (we were 2 people), which was quite uncomfortable during our stay. The swimming pool is very small for the size of the hotel, only few sunbeds. We even didnt try to stay there.

The hotel is located in very centre of Calella, close to the main beach, shops, restaurants, public transport (bus), but not so close to train station. Regarding food, we had half board and for dinner or lunch (you may choose between dinner or lunch and this is a big pro) there was good choice, different dishes every day. Not the same for breakfast, it was the same food every morning. Anyway you won't stay hungry.

Amount of sunbeds is limited - during 6 days stay didnt manage to get a sunbed near the pool.

Picked hotel as it had a gym and sauna.. the gym was tiny and had 1 bench in it that you could blow over… was then charged to use the sauna and it wasn’t working when I went into use it. Lady failed to mention it didn’t work as I was charged 6euro.. I have never been charged to use facilities like a sauna when being a guest in a hotel. Went half board and was refused a free jug of water as it wasn’t part of my “pension” during meal times.. bizarre!

A poorly maintained old hotel, management decides to shut off air conditioning during evenings and during the day, instead of letting people use their own switch in room, when outside temperature is 25 degrees in October.

Small pool area for the size of hotel. Unfortunately this is the main area for smokers. It’s hard to avoid the smell. Very few sun beds and they have to be booked with reception by 8am in the morning. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Chairs in the pool area need cushions, they are so uncomfortable.

Adult only hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Good choice of buffet food.

At night time it was really loud noise from outside, sounded like some kind of generator or something, and even with the balcony door closed it was disturbing sleep.

Our room was on the 9th floor with a nice view over the sea. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was a few minutes walk to the sea.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean.

I traveled with my sister and we really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was good, bed was very comfortable, the sea view amazing! The location was also very good, just few minutes to the beach, night life and bus station to Barcelona. Breakfast was also very good and if you wake up early for it it will be more fresh.

During our stay for 4 days here, we noticed that some people monopolize several deckchairs by depositing their belongings each morning. Unfortunately, this completely deprives us of the possibility of enjoying the sun loungers. It's a shame because we haven't had the opportunity to enjoy it once since our arrival at the hotel. I would like to report this situation to the reception so that measures can be taken to allow all customers to benefit equally from the deckchairs. Sitting on a chair all day and seeing sun loungers that are free but impregnable because of the towels on them can be both physically and morally tiring.

me and my friend booked this hotel for 4 nights and we’re already booking again. the town was lovely and for the reviews criticising the other guests for being 70+, seeing as i’m 18 and my friend 17, we both loved it. the staff were so attentive, even when we had to ask for new key cards several times and dropped some things onto the balcony below, i didn’t catch his name but the beautiful young man in a blue suit at the reception was so sweet and willing to help us anytime. also the hotel is so exceptionally clean that we couldn’t tell if mirrors were actually mirrors or more rooms💝

Noisy room, street noises and corridor noises. Food was adequate, buffet style but plenty of it. Decor was retro or old. Really expected more for 4 star.
