Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Latviareceptionist was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I also asked for the highest floor, they gave me base floor. room had a very bad smell as in a shed. food is very average
pool area was nice, it wasn’t too crowded,the tall guy with beard at the pool bar is very nice. Animators were doing a good job.

United KingdomI have stayed here previously the last time in 2014. I must say the previous entertainment team had much more going on e.g champagne game and bingo every night. The budget seems to have been cut. Please increase the budget for the entertainment team. They do so well with what seems to be little resource. Also, please stop making couples beds as two singles. At least put a double sheet over them both to help with the beds seperating.
Food was good, especially the snacks and the kids section. Entertainment team did a good job, aqua gym was good. Bar staff friendly. Reception staff very helpful.

United KingdomWhen we arrived the room was not clean so we were moved - the person on reception was great about it. However I also noticed in the room we did have, under the bed was disgustingly dusty and dirty from previous occupants!! The mattress was foam and indented, it felt old. The bed squeaked when I moved. There was only one pillow and I usually sleep on more. There are no poolside towels provided and only hand soap in the bathroom so remember to bring your own!
All staff were lovely and helpful. The view from the poolside rooms was super! The other side pleasant too. Staff entertainment good to have from staff who were very energetic.
