I found long hair in the bed sheets and the towels in the bathroom. The floor was not cleaned properly. Smell coming from the pipes (I supposed) in the toilet on my last day (room 519). Balcony on one of the party streets in the area, it was very difficult to fall asleep as people would shout until 5am. The food in the restaurant is very average.

Personnel friendly just enough, although I think that a more smiley face would be nice to see. A guy at reception allowed me to use a random room to change before departing on my last day, after the checkout time, that was very much appreciated. A decent room, something old or damaged in the room should be changed (bathroom door, is damaged by flood previously happened).

It was very loud every night , we woke up MANY times. So we decided to buy earplugs that was helping but next day a loud couple moved into the next room and we could not sleep either with the earplugs ( paper walls). Watch out there is no fridge in the room only for 50€ for a week. No safety box only for money we payed 3.5€ /day or 21€ for a week plus 20$ deposit. I payed for breakfast and dinner as well . Breakfast was good every morning but the dinner I would say plenty of food but very bad quality like cheap nuggets plus if you want to drink with your dinner you have to buy . Sometimes we had yellow marks on the towel . I did not understand how did they put it there the marks were quiet big but I took it to the recepction and they changed it .( It happened 3-4 times). I was asking for late checkout from the first day, they just answered they can let us know only at the last day morning. So we went there last morning and they said the room is not available but they can offer a room for take a shower and there is a luggage room ( which is NOT locked anyone could go there , I did not see camera either )

It was on a really good place , everything around : shops,restaurants,clubs and the beach is 2-3mins away. Breakfast was good.

Was a large group of lads causing a bit of noise but to be expected in this area, was overall a nice experience and staff made up for any negatives.

Really nice friendly staff. Hotel was nice and practical for a solo traveller.

The hotel is so noisy at night. Average age of guest was 20 so it was a party hotel. Music most of the night, screaming and people hanging in corridors. Not good for familys or take good ear buds to sleep. If your coming to party this will suit you well. Staff seem unable to control people playing music in early hours and unbothered.

Hotel was quite modern, well equipped rooms with balcony, Breakfast was good, fresh and lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is good size and drinks are well priced.

Ear plugs are a must. Noise levels on a weekend from both inside and outside were high not particularly the hotels fault though so armed is forewarned.

The location was excellent in terms of being close to all amenities. It's away from the main strip - more torrenova than magaluf, which was better for me.

Very noisy room from the outside street, the balcony door not closing properly. Other hotel guests arriving late in the night (4 am) singing and shouting, continuing to make noise in their room until 6 am. Personnel bored, unfriendly, not helpful. Chechin experience poor, checkout bad ( I asked for an invoice, I was abruptly refused originally, after some argue he finally did it). Room had basic stuff but not being taken care of, rusted bathroom shower. The hotel decoration was actually totally boring, including restaurant and lobby, without any interest to please customers.

Reception wasn’t helpful with anything if you asked. Rooms are very noisy. Cleaning is not good and everyday the roomcards stopped working and you had to get new ones. Happened to a lot of other guest that couldn’t get into their rooms too.

A hotel doesn't have towels for the beaches. Also, my room didn't have a fridge. It was available for extra pay. 1 week for 50 euro. It didn't was any transfer from the airport to the hotel for solo travellers. My flight was delayed to Majorca and there was a huge queue to taxi at night and didn't have any night buses.

It's a big hotel with a good option of food for breakfast.

Nice views over Magalluf and PalmaNova. The staff at the hotel is accesible and helpfull, the bed is confortable, and the cleaning is solid. The location is perfect, in front of all the bars and supermarkets, and right in the middle of two fantastic beaches.

the guy on the pool bar was very rude, tried to close at 3pm instead of 4pm, there was a que full waiting to be served for food and he kept turning them away. my sister asked for chips he stated there was none, he told her salad only (she's a larger lady) then served other customers chips for upto an hour after! when I told him I was going to report him to reception he changed his attitude!
